Erm, no he didn't, assuming you mean reset. He's a big fan of build back better.
That happened because he was exposed for his hypocrisy of holding wine and cheese parties in Downing Street while telling everyone to lock themselves at home. Nothing to do with saying no to the great reset. He was trying to save his position as PM hoping people would forget.
