At this stage, only certain districts in Guangzhou and Beijing will be closed. Unless the pandemic worsens significantly, I don’t think Guangzhou, Beijing and Shanghai — 3 of the most important cities — would be closed all at the same time.

Scott, serial number of Kramatorsk missile has been identified from one of the photos as Ш91579. This serial number is in sequence firmly attributable to Ukraine: see twitter.com/MaxvanderWerff…

I am a financial analyst, so I've always put my faith in the numbers. Not an emotional guy as I am neither RUS or UKR. The sequential serial numbers are just too close IMHO. Train attack missile and prior Ukrainian missile recorded fired at separatists with serial # 91565/91566
