What I suspect happened here is the metal fell, as you can see in the third picture, leaving the dust behind in the rough shape of the metal but it is an interesting picture, nonetheless.
Healthy sounds more aligned with safety.
The physics around the sheer scale of the twin towers messes with a lot of peoples internal models of how things should work or what they have seen on TV. You can see it when they compare to other buildings going down that are 50x smaller (as done in this Youtube video). The video seems to also be confusing the characteristics of the "dust" most are familiar with and pulverized concrete. Imagine a building that big coming down that fast, of course it's going to pulverize tons of concrete and obscure the real heavy parts falling in that dust. It's not going to fall like a smaller building.
