The U.S. Military leadership, which fully monitored and recorded all aspects of the steal, had to witness ALL THREE BRANCHES of Government willfully fail to investigate and rectify the steal. Once the exhaustion of all civil remedies under the Constitution was blatantly obvious, the Military had its green light to proceed with Devolution as it was the last recourse to preserve the Republic.
