Washington Marriott at Metro Center is less than $200/night. Ritz Carlton is always expensive in DC. I usually stay at the Grand Hyatt on H Street which is really nice…that's $178/night. I've also stayed at the Monaco (Kimpton) which is hipster trendy, but also nice…they have 11/11 at just over $200.
