Trannies put a lot of effort into trying to look like a woman. More effort to try to look beautiful, even than real women do.
So they want to be complimented.
Calling them ugly would probably make them cry.
After I've been in close proximity to people who I suspect have been vaxxed, I take some Advil just in case, to prevent blood clots. Plus the vaxxed give me a headache.
