New professionally edited video has emerged of police officers allowing protesters into the Upper West Terrace Doors of the United States Capitol on January 6th, 2021.

A trusted source exclusively released the video below to The Gateway Pundit. Tightly edited with markers and commentary narration, it is meant to be presented in court to defend Brady Knowlton and Patrick Montgomery. Both men are facing felony charges for “Obstruction of an Official Proceeding” on January 6th.

This new video will indisputably exonerate Brady Knowlton, Patrick Montgomery and all the rally-goers seen entering these doors by any reasonable jury or fair judge.

This video was originally obtained from the United States Department of Justice after media organizations joined a motion to have it released. It has gone largely under the radar until it was put into context by our source, who carefully edited the video so the average viewer can understand what is going on.

“This video is very convincing, very persuasive,” said Knowlton’s famous attorney Alan Dershowitz (one of the attorneys in the J6 “Dream Team” Knowlton has assembled) in an interview with The Gateway Pundit. “In the very least the video shows that a reasonable person could believe that he or she was not being stopped or prevented from going in. At the most it shows that the police were welcoming him in.”

Dershowitz continued:

“I think that all Americans should see that videotape. I think it is going to help in the court of public opinion as well.”

“There is a Supreme Court decision, there are a few cases which say that if a defendant relied on what the police told them to do,” said Dershowitz. “Look, I will give you a common example. The light is red, but the traffic officer waves you through. Obviously the traffic officer trumps the lights and there are many circumstance throughout the country that when police say you can do something even if the law says you can’t, you can’t be prosecuted if you do it.”

In the video, we see the same scene from two different side-by-side vantage points of the interior house cameras of the US Capitol. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his delight on Tuesday after Kiev's successor to the Soviet-era KGB arrested the country's most prominent opposition leader.

The President shared a photo of his handcuffed rival Viktor Medvedchuk on social media, with the caption: “A special operation was carried out by the SBU. Well done! Details to follow."

Medvedchuk heads the second largest party in the national parliament, the “Opposition Platform - For Life.” He was previously placed under house arrest, last year, as part of Zelensky's clampdown on dissent, which was granted tacit approval by the regime's Western supporters.

Formed in 1991, to replace the KGB, the SBU is Ukraine's main intelligence and security agency.

Medvedchuk, who opposed the 2014 Kiev Maidan, and believes the country's Western turn to be detrimental to Ukraine's interests, has led his party since 2018. He previously served as Chief of Staff to former President Leonid Kuchma, in the early 2000s.

Some Western commentators have labelled him as Vladimir Putin's "closest ally in Ukraine." However, the Russian President has described Medvechuk as a "Ukrainian nationalist."

Hunter Biden was arrested but the media is silent

Hunter Biden has been arrested at his home in Malibu and charged with multiple counts of foreign interference and possession of child pornography.

The foreign interference charges stem from his connection to Ukrainian agents that were allegedly giving him large cash payments and access to child prostitutes in exchange for political favours from his father, Joe Biden.

The child pornography charges related to the material found on his laptop. When first reported by the NY Post, the contents of his laptop were brushed aside as “Russian disinformation.” The left-leaning NY Times has now admitted that the laptop was genuine, and that it contained incriminating evidence.

As a result of a federal investigation into the contents of the laptop, and constant covert surveillance of the President’s son, charges have now been filed against Hunter Biden. The troubled first son was arrested at his home by federal agents and taken to an unknown location to avoid publicity. His arrest is being kept off the books.

New York Democratic Lt. Gov. Brian Benjamin resigned on Tuesday after he was arrested earlier that morning in connection to a campaign finance scandal.

Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul announced the resignation of her second-in-command.

"I have accepted Brian Benjamin's resignation effective immediately. While the legal process plays out, it is clear to both of us that he cannot continue to serve as Lieutenant Governor," she wrote in a statement.

"New Yorkers deserve absolute confidence in their government, and I will continue working every day to deliver for them," she added.

Benjamin has been charged on several counts, including bribery, wire fraud, and falsification of records.
