Select options.
Select filters
Select comment in drop down box
Enter in phrases you want to not see.

Some of the posts, yes. It cuts down though. I also have my images turned off.
If it looks interesting, I click it and it pops up immediately..it’s mostly clutter to me and makes it easier on how my brain works.
