there's a bunch of frames where the guy making the video captures the screens of others who are holding their cellphones. Maybe enhancement could show the time?
Maybe the time from cellphones doesn't follow the narrative given by the media?

When the police shot my cousin 5 times and killed him, the dashcam and bodycam were off/malfunctioning.
Guess what?
After a thorough internal investigation done by the same police department that employed the cop who shot my cousin, they determined that it was not a dirty kill and they find themselves not guilty.
