RE notetaker responsibility -
When a notetaker steps up to note, he takes responsibility until a baker arrives. If he posts notes and no one asks for additions or changes, then those notes stand unless a baker assumes the bake and makes changes before the end of bake. In the case of truly iffy notes, there might be an exception. That is not the case here.
