What I do see that pops out to me.
1) Dude is waiting to hop off the strain to film the scene instead of filming through the between car windows (presuming they exist). Seemed odd.
2) There is a bag (maybe the sweatshirt you were referring to?) he was stepping on as he got off the train. May be the source of the blood?
3) Dudes seem to be squared up to this camera and both look up at it.

Some more fucky.. red shirt seems to gesture to them to pose for a camera shot after main dude gets his shot. Then "not shot" posing guy says something into "shot" posing guys ear and they turn around for (possibly) another shot on the other side before lying down. Super weird.
I think you're on point 54c. I think blondie plants the hat. She staring at the main camera the whole time she gets off the train. Probable comms. I think I hear her say "okay" just before she does. Possibly tall black sweater white mask guy beside her. Audio is good on this.
