Agree, this is what it would look like for an injury in a location where tourniquet would not work. Injuries that are actively bleeding either from artery or large vein in groin, hip, neck etc.

What I find odd is it appears the person applying pressure has two colored gloves on.

The alleged victim (although looks Asian) has the composition of skin which looks similar to that of massive blood loss, lack of perfusion or straight up dead. The right hand specifically.
