Statistically, 3-5% of American adults are attracted toward minors (Approx. 1% or less will act on those urges).
This is roughly 1 in 20-33 people you know…. 1 in 20-33…
In other words, about 1 in 26 people in America, are pedophiles.
There are 340 million+ people in America.
That means in America alone, you have about 10-17 MILLION pedophiles….
Out of those 10-17 million pedos, 3,400,000 are likely to be full-blown child molesters.
There are 50 states in America. 3,400,000 / 50 = 68,000
That means there are approx. 68,000 full-blown child molesters in EACH state.
We all know some states are worse than others…
For instance, Jew York likely has double or triple this number of child molesters, while the State of Alaska probably has less than a 1/4-1/2 of this number.
So, in the state of NY, you are talking potentially 136-204 THOUSAND child molesters in the state.
Children are not, and cannot be pedophiles.
Adults, can be pedophiles.
There are 258 million ADULTS in the United States of America. (77% of the population).
Approx. 2 million adults are incarcerated for various things. (Can't pedo in prison).
Approx. 2 million adults are in hospice care (Incapable of being a pedo).
18 million men in the US are affected by impotence (less likely to pedo).
Adjusting for these figures, we could say roughly 236 MILLION people in America are possible suspects.
These creeps come from ALL walks of life, though generally gravitate toward children.
Who works with children?
Family courts, schools, bus drivers, social workers, pediatricians, day care owners, child dance instructors, camp counselors, etc…
START THERE… If they aren't near kids, they aren't as much of a threat.
Those working with children, pose FAR more of a threat. And as such, should be heavy vetted and scrutinized.
There is a child-abuse/molestation PANDEMIC in America.
Get serious about putting an end to this.
Focus, FIRST, on those working closely with children.
Look for the signs… the symbolism… anything out of the ordinary.
