I'm sure anon has already suggested this, but you only need to remove the sound from your video to post without infringing on copyrights when you film the dirty Santa Ana cops. If they say stuff that's important in the video, make captions. Anyone who wants legal "proof" of what's being said (in court, for instance) need merely watch the original video with sound.
