This is about asking God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for the most powerful assistance you could ever hope for
when you finally realize you need some real help pulling your head out of your ass (the prerequisite for Ephesians 6:10-20).
The Disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray - not what to pray.
'My Lords Prayer' accommodates any affirmation, request or petition you need to pray.
The request/affirmation given here is perfect for the second and last stanzas.
Using Psalms and Proverbs, you can customize it to fit nicely into each stanza of this prayer. Avoid making a vow or an oath.
How this prayer will read when/if you do this work will depend on how well you understand Psalm 23:4.
