I have mixed feelings about this.
Once a person reaches puberty, they are becoming an adult. Unless they are taking puberty blockers.

I want kids to be protected from pedophiles, and that is a parent's job, to keep their kids safe. A sex crime is a sex crime, no matter what. Once a person reaches puberty, they should be considered an adult in some respects. Our society perpetuates childhood thru the teenage years.

I remember when I was in High School feeling like I was in a prison. I couldn't wait to get out and just go to work. High School kids are trapped in a very strange scenario.

When you sign a contract on the dotted line, it means you are obligated. Yes, you are obligated to pay it. Just like when someone borrows money to buy a house or a car. Other people should not have to pay your debts.
Some people can't afford to pay their medical bills, even though they have health insurance, because the health industry is so corrupt. I'd rather see people's medical bills paid off. They didn't sign any dotted line agreeing to need life saving medical care and not being able to afford it. And being stuck between a rock and a hard place by no longer being able to work, because they are sick or injured. Insurance is a racket. The only thing they can do it to claim bankruptcy and/or go on permanent disability welfare. It's all to try to convince us that Socialized medicine would be a good idea.
