The Russian military said it could target decision-makers in Kiev if Ukraine continues attempting attacks on Russian soil

Moscow has so far refrained from attacking Ukrainian decision-makers, but if Kiev continues attempts to carry out acts of sabotage or conventional attacks inside Russia, this will change, the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman warned on Wednesday.

“We have seen attempts at sabotage and attacks by the Ukrainian military against facilities in Russian territory. If such attempts continue, the Russian Federation’s Armed Forces will strike at the decision-making centers, including Kiev – something we have so far refrained from,” said Major-General Igor Konashenkov.

20 Federal 'Assets' Embedded At Capitol On Jan. 6, Court Filing Says

At least 20 FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives “assets” were embedded around the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, a defense attorney wrote in a court filing on April 12.

The disclosure was made in a motion seeking to dismiss seditious conspiracy and obstruction charges against 10 Oath Keepers defendants in one of the most prominent Jan. 6 criminal cases.

David W. Fischer, attorney for Thomas E. Caldwell of Berryville, Virginia, filed a 41-page motion to dismiss four counts on behalf of all Oath Keepers case defendants before U.S. District Judge Amit P. Mehta in Washington, D.C.

Caldwell is charged in the indictment, but is not a member of the Oath Keepers, he told The Epoch Times in March.

Pentagon Asks Top 8 US Arms Makers to Meet on Ukraine

US weapons makers are expected to reap long-term benefits from the war

According to a report from Reuters, the Pentagon will host leaders from the top eight US weapons makers to discuss the industry’s capacity to produce arms for Ukraine if the war lasts years.

One source told Reuters that the Pentagon’s Office of Acquisition and Sustainment will host a 90-minute meeting that Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks will likely attend. Resupplying the weapons stockpiles of the US and its allies are expected to be discussed, as well as planning for a long-term conflict.

Since Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, the US has pledged over $1.7 billion in new military aid for Ukraine. The weapons in highest demand are Javelin anti-tank missiles and Stinger anti-aircraft missiles, as the US is shipping them to Ukraine on a near-daily basis.

Javelins are a joint venture between Raytheon and Lockheed Martin. The Stingers are solely made by Raytheon, which is the former employer of Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. Raytheon, Lockheed, and other US arms makers are expected to reap long-term benefits from the war in Ukraine.

Other top US arms makers that could attend the Pentagon meeting include Northrop Grumman, Boeing, L3Harris Technologies, and General Dynamics. Besides replenishing stockpiles sent to Ukraine, the companies stand to gain from European countries increasing military spending in the wake of Russia’s invasion.

Macron refuses to back Biden’s ‘genocide’ claim

The French president declined to use the term when referring to Moscow’s military action in Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron declined to join his US counterpart Joe Biden in describing the actions of the Russian military in Ukraine as “genocide.” Verbal attacks would not help further peace in Ukraine, he said, in an interview with France 2 television on Wednesday.

Biden appeared, the previous evening, to endorse Kiev’s claims that the goal of the Russian offensive was to exterminate the Ukrainian people.

“Your family budget, your ability to fill up your tank, none of it should hinge on whether a dictator declares war and commits genocide half a world away,” he said in a speech in Iowa, referring to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin. Biden had previously called the Russian leader a “war criminal” and stated that the man “cannot remain in power.”

When asked about the characterization during the interview, Macron said he “would be careful with such terms” and said the peoples of Ukraine and Russia were “brothers.”

The latter sentiment is fiercely rejected by the Ukrainian authorities. Ukraine’s Institute of National Remembrance even made some infographics last month, explaining that Ukrainians were pureblood Slavs unlike Russians, who it insisted are mixed with Ugro-Finnish tribes.

Sweden To Apply For NATO Membership - Finland To Decide "Within Weeks"

Swedish media is announcing that the Scandinavian country has made the decision to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, in a move that is sure to outrage Putin - and which could trigger serious repercussions after repeat threats from Moscow against both Finland and Sweden as they contemplate the move.

"Sweden's prime minister Magdalena Andersson is understood to be eager for the country to join the trans-Atlantic alliance by June," The Daily Mail reports Wednesday. "The application is expected to be submitted at the NATO meeting in Madrid on June 29-20, Swedish reports say."

"Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson's goal is for Sweden to join NATO in June this year, sources tell SvD. The information comes in parallel with Finland today presenting its new security policy analysis and the Swedish Social Democrats drawing up the plan to deal with the issue internally," Stockholm-based daily Svenska Dagbladet reports.

This marks a complete reversal of prior longstanding policy, alongside Finland, to remain neutral on the question of formal NATO membership.

At the same time Finland, seen as more significant from Russia's point of view given the over 800-mile shared border, will open serious domestic debate on the matter, also as it mulls seeking NATO membership by close of spring or summer. FT is reporting that a decision will come "within weeks" - based on statements out of Helsinki.

Finland's Prime Minister Sanna Marin and Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson met in Stockholm on Wednesday to hold high level consultations on the manner, given that the decision of each would likely have great impact on the other.

CDC to extend transportation mask mandate for another 2 weeks

Reports indicate that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will extend the mask requirement for airplanes and other forms of public transportation for an additional two weeks as health officials monitor rising COVID-19 cases.

The mask mandate was set to expire April 18 but will instead be extended for 14 days more as some parts of the country report rising coronavirus cases caused by the BA.2 Omicron subvariant. This strain of the virus that causes COVID-19 is highly contagious and first spread in Europe, but scientists have not observed the variant to be deadlier than previous coronavirus variants.

The Associated Press reported that the extension of the mandate is being made out of an abundance of caution and that the new expiration date for the masking requirements is May 3, 2022.

CNN corroborated the report, quoting a Biden administration official who said that the government wants to gather more information on the BA.2 variant before lifting the masking requirements on planes, trains, buses, and public transportation hubs like airports or bus terminals.

"Since early April, there have been increases in the 7-day moving average of cases in the US. In order to assess the potential impact, the rise of cases has on severe disease, including hospitalizations and deaths, and health care system capacity, CDC is recommending that TSA extend the security directive to enforce mask use on public transportation and transportation hubs for 15 days, through May 3, 2022," the official told CNN.

"This will give additional time for the CDC to learn more about BA.2 and make a best-informed decision," the official added.

White House COVID-19 response coordinator Dr. Ashish Jha said Monday that the CDC is developing a scientific framework that will guide its decision-making on mask mandates and other coronavirus restrictions moving forward.

The federal public transportation mask mandate has been widely criticized as state mask mandates have come down following guidance from the CDC. Public opposition to the masking requirements has led to some violent altercations on airplanes when passengers refuse to abide by the rules.

Though COVID-19 cases have risen in recent weeks, now averaging 38,345 cases per day according to Johns Hopkins University, the daily average case rate is still one of the lowest observed since mid-July, before the Delta and Omicron surges.

According to the Associated Press, severe illnesses and deaths reporting lags behind case reports by several weeks. The CDC is reportedly waiting for these indicators to show whether an increase in cases correlates to a rise in adverse outcomes before ending the mask mandate.

French authorities have reportedly seized an $120 million mansion belonging to Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich.

The historic home — located on the ritzy Riviera — was previously leased by King Edward VIII after he abdicated the British throne to marry divorcée Wallis Simpson.

The property is one of 12 French residences owned by Abramovich across the country — all of which have been seized in the past few weeks, the Daily Mail reported.

French officials are currently cracking down on the activities of wealthy Russians in their country in order to pressure Russian President Vladimir Putin to withdraw from the war in Ukraine. Abramovich, who has a net worth of $8.3 billion, is a Kremlin confidante with close ties to Putin.

While Abramovich is sure to be devastated by the seizure of the dozen properties, the home on the French Riviera is said to be particularly important to the oligarch.

He purchased the home — known as Château de la Croë — back in 2001 before spending close to $40 million on renovations.

The billionaire businessman added a rooftop swimming pool, a gigantic gym and a home cinema to the mansion, which was first built back in 1926.

Château de la Croë — which boasts 12 bedrooms and eight bathrooms — is set on 12 acres of lavish land just feet from the Mediterranean Sea.

King Edward VIII began leasing the home in 1938, less than two years after he abdicated the British throne.

The royal used the residence as a vacation home with his wife Wallis Simpson, where they hosted some of the world’s most powerful people.

Atlantic Mag’s Anne Applebaum – ‘Uninterested’ in Hunter Biden’s Hard Drive – Argued AGAINST Arresting a Convicted Child Rapist.

The former Washington Post editorial board member and globalist big wig found herself on the ‘groomer’ side of the Polanski case.

Atlantic magazine staff writer and participant the recent University of Chicago conference on disinformation – Anne Applebaum – argued against the arrest of convicted child rapist Roman Polanski in a resurfaced op-ed from The Washington Post.

Applebaum, a former member of The Washington Post’s Editorial Board, argued the case in an opinion piece from September 27th, 2009: “The Outrageous Arrest of Roman Polanski.”

The near 400-word apologia appeared to make a case against the arrest and potential trial of the now 88-year-old film director Polanski, who was accused of raping a 13-year-old amongst other charges including rape by use of drugs, perversion, and furnishing a controlled substance to a minor. Polanski ultimately accepted a plea bargain, entering a guilty plea to the charge of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.

Since then, Polanski fled the U.S. to escape imprisonment, living in countries less likely to extradite him to the United States.

Polanski – whose case had also drawn sympathy and support from fellow Hollywood stars – found a defender in Applebaum when Swiss authorities detained him upon attempting to enter Switzerland at the urging of the U.S.

Applebaum described “the fact that a U.S. judge wants to keep pursuing this case after so many decades” as “bizarre.”

After rattling off a list of excuses as to why Polanski fled the U.S. insisted that imprisonment was unnecessary, as he had “paid for the crime in many, many ways” including “in notoriety, in lawyers’ fees, in professional stigma”:

Polanski, who panicked and fled the U.S. during that trial, has been pursued by this case for 30 years, during which time he has never returned to America, has never returned to the United Kingdom, has avoided many other countries, and has never been convicted of anything else. He did commit a crime, but he has paid for the crime in many, many ways: In notoriety, in lawyers’ fees, in professional stigma. He could not return to Los Angeles to receive his recent Oscar. He cannot visit Hollywood to direct or cast a film.

“He can be blamed, it is true, for his original, panicky decision to flee. But for this decision I see mitigating circumstances, not least an understandable fear of irrational punishment,” she argues before offering a litany of excuses for the convicted child rapist’s decision to flee the U.S.

“To put him on trial or keep him in jail does not serve society in general or his victim in particular. Nor does it prove the doggedness and earnestness of the American legal system,” Applebaum continues, adding: “If he weren’t famous, I bet no one would bother with him at all.”

Zelensky Says Russians Using ‘Phosphorus Bombs’ After Nazi Azovs’ Chemical Weapons Claim

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told members of the Estonian Parliament on Wednesday that Russia had used “phosphorus bombs” against civilians in his country.

While Zelensky had similarly mentioned use of phosphorus bombs in the past, the latest allegation follows claims by members of the neo-Nazi Azov Regiment, a formal wing of the Ukrainian armed forces, this week that Ukrainian fighters had suffered an attack by an unknown chemical agent in Mariupol, a critical port city in the disputed Donbas region.

It also follows remarks by British officials that proven chemical weapons use in the ongoing war between the two countries would be an “escalation” that puts all options – presumably including further military intervention – “on the table” against Russia.

Zelensky was addressing the parliament of Estonia on Wednesday as part of his campaign to galvanize support for Ukraine around the world.

“Tens of thousands of people have already been killed in Ukrainian cities affected by Russian strikes. The Russian army uses all kinds of artillery, all kinds of missiles and air bombs against residential areas and civilian infrastructure,” the president said, according to a transcript of his speech posted on the official website of the presidential office of Ukraine. “In particular, phosphorus bombs and other munitions prohibited by international law.”

Elsewhere in his remarks, Zelensky lamented that “regional alliances, and above all NATO, have faced a difficult reality when no one can be 100-percent sure whether they will really protect their members in the event of a large-scale Russian attack.”

“Or in the event of an even worse attack – with the use of weapons of mass destruction,” he continued. “For the first time in many years, the threat of Russia’s use of chemical or even nuclear weapons has to be taken seriously.”

Zelensky did not specify where or how Russia allegedly used phosphorus bombs in Ukraine, nor did he provide any evidence for this accusation. The Ukrainian president has in the past, including in his address to the American Congress, supplemented his speeches to international lawmakers with videos showing evidence of alleged Russian human rights abuses.

The use of white phosphorus in general in warfare is not illegal – it only becomes a tool of a war crime when used explicitly to ensure that a bomb causes more severe burns or when targeting civilians.

“White phosphorus munitions can be used on battlefields to make smoke screens, generate illumination, mark targets or burn bunkers and buildings,” Reuters explained in 2009. “Because it has legal uses, white phosphorus is not banned as a chemical weapon under international conventions. But some U.S. military training manuals say its use against people is banned.”

Marine Le Pen Calls For ‘Referendum Revolution’ To Hand Power Back To The People

Speaking in the run up to April 24 French Presidential Election, populist candidate Marine Le Pen has called for a “referendum revolution” to put sweeping policy changes to a democratic vote, claiming President Emmanuel Macron has given power to technocrats.

Ms Le Pen gave a press conference in Eure on Wednesday, stating that she would like to see a policy developed in which citizens can initiate referendums on topics, a policy that was a central demand of the Gilets Jaunes (Yellow Vests) protest movement that has been a major feature of the Macron era government.

“I intend, during my mandate, to consult the only expert that Emmanuel Macron has never consulted: the people,” Le Pen said during her press conference, which some have suspected may be a bid to win over voters of the far-left former candidate Jean-Luc Melenchon, who placed third in the first round of the French presidential elections.

According to a report from the newspaper Les Echos, Le Pen announced two main policies she wishes to implement if elected president in the second round of voting.

The first is a demand to change the electoral system for French parliamentary elections to proportional representation, for at least two-thirds of the seats in the parliament.

Currently, the parliament uses a two-round system similar to the presidential elections. A change to proportional representation could see parties like Le Pen’s National Rally gain far more seats as despite nationally polling third in the 2017 parliamentary elections, the RN (formerly the Front National), won fewer seats than other parties with less overall national support.

In the first round of the 2017 vote, Le Pen’s party won 2.99 million votes but won just eight seats in parliament after the second round, while the French Communist party won just 615,000 votes in the first round and picked up 10 seats after the second round of voting.

The second proposal of Ms Le Pen, the Citizen Initiated Referendum, was described by the populist candidate as “a powerful tool for pacifying the political debate.”

Le Pen stated that a “referendum revolution” would allow citizens to call for a popular vote on any subject, except for those that may be a “serious attack on national interests,” saying that a referendum would require 500,000 signatures and could propose reforms or repeal or modify existing French laws.

“Even those who do not appreciate all my proposals have an interest in voting for me, since they will have the opportunity […] to pronounce on them, on a case-by-case basis,” Le Pen said.

“Only the people” according to Le Pen, should have the ability to change the French constitution and said that she would also like to see French law regarded as superior to international law, a move recently supported in Poland by the country’s supreme court, which, in turn, led to conflict with the European Union.

Bhakdi/Burkhardt Pathology Results Show 93% of People Who Died After Being Vaccinated Were Killed by the Vaccine

This was originally published in December 2021

The vaccine was implicated in 93% of the deaths in the patients they examined. What’s troubling is the coroner didn’t implicate the vaccine in any of those deaths.

Summary

The vaccines are bad news. Fifteen bodies were examined (all died from 7 days to 6 months after vaccination; ages 28 to 95). The coroner or the public prosecutor didn’t associate the vaccine as the cause of death in any of the cases. However, further examination revealed that the vaccine was implicated in the deaths of 14 of the 15 cases. The most attacked organ was the heart (in all of the people who died), but other organs were attacked as well. The implications are potentially enormous resulting in millions of deaths. The vaccines should be immediately halted.

No need to worry. It is doubtful that anything will happen because the work wasn’t published in a peer-reviewed journal so will be ignored by the scientific community. That’s just the way it works.

Trump-Endorsed Candidate John Boozman Lies About Vote to Certify Electors, Claims Objecting is Unconstitutional

Republican Arkansas Senator John Boozman, who has been endorsed by former President Donald Trump, lied during an event on Tuesday about his vote to certify the election for Joe Biden.

Boozman also claimed that objecting to the certification would have been unconstitutional.

When asked by a constituent about if he voted to certify the election for Biden, Boozman became visibly uncomfortable.

“I don’t think I’ve heard, did you vote to confirm Joe Biden as the president? Did you confirm that?” the person asks.

“Did I vote to confirm… I voted for President Trump,” Boozman says, attempting to confuse the constituent and avoid answering the actual question.

The questioner did not back down, asking him again.

“When the electors meet, that’s done. At that point, a new president comes into office. So, there’s nothing that I could do,” Boozman said.

“You didn’t have a vote on that at all?” the person continued to press.

“No,” Boozman lied, before ranting about how we are a “nation of laws.”

Boozman did vote to certify Biden as the winner of the election and was outspoken about doing so.

As Gateway Pundit previously reported, Boozman was also recently caught on hidden camera comparing concerns about the legitimacy of the 2020 election to the Democrat’s Russiagate hysteria.

In the hidden camera footage obtained by the Gateway Pundit, Boozman said the 2020 election was okay, because Republicans investigated it.

“What are your thoughts on the legitimacy of the 2020 election? Like, is that something that we should continue to talk about or do you think that’s something that…” the woman asks.

Sen. Boozeman responds that, “as far as the legitimacy, I believe strongly that once the states certify… you know each state, they act independently once they certify, then it’s over. Okay, unless, you know, something blatant comes up. But we had a situation with a Republican justice department, you know, and the attorney general said, ‘It’s okay. We looked at these things,’ but once you certify them and go forward, then at that point it’s over.”

The senator also said Trump should “let it go” and that him wanting former Vice President Mike Pence to refuse to certify certain state was “absolutely nuts.”

“Once the state agrees that hey, this is.. This is the results…we’re going forward, then you have to let it go. This deal about Mike Pence being able to… That was absolutely nuts… that was just…” Boozeman says. “You know, if you’ve got a situation where somehow the Vice President can, they’d never leave office. You know, it’s just, it’s crazy… So I think once they certify, constitutionally, that’s where it ends and that’s Tom Cotton’s opinion.”

The Blaze later released audio tape of Sytnyk bragging about working with Clinton against Trump. CDMedia also reported Sytnyk was allegedly directed by then Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch in May of 2020 to support Hillary Clinton.

The Ukrainian parliament subsequently passed legislation declaring NABU unconstitutional. It was a Soros/cabal construct set up completely outside Ukrainian law.

The purpose of NABU all along was a place the cabal could send investigations by Ukrainian authorities into the Biden Crime Family and US national security apparatus, to be deep sixed instead of carried out to completion and embarrass the Deep State.

Today, at the end of Sytnyk’s term, he was fired. It is unclear if a successor will be appointed at this time.

The American people need to know the Ukrainian government actively worked to remove a sitting U.S. president, and to stop Trump from being elected in the first place.

Oleksii Arestovych, an adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, believes that the death of Russian President Putin is not beneficial for Ukraine, it is necessary to “break Russia with sanctions” under his rule.

He considers the release of opposition leader Alexei Navalny from prison or the rise of another opposition leader in Russia to be the worst option for Ukraine.

“They will arrange real parliamentarianism, there will be several political parties. They will really come to an agreement with the West. And he is eager to agree. Sanctions will be lifted from them, including high-tech ones. They will begin to catch up with world production,” says Arestovych.

This, according to the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, would allow the Russian Federation to compete with other countries as part of the Western civilization.

“The West applauds because it sees all the formal signs of normalization of the situation [in Russia]. Its parliament is working, political competition is present, the media are starting their operation….And this liberal Russia, it will very quickly pump Russia to the point that it will be difficult for us to compete with. Because again high-tech weapons, again economic and cultural expansion will be available there,” Arestovych believes.

He called the best option the one under which Putin would live for some more time and “the Russian Federation was simply broken by sanctions.”

“When Ukrainians joyfully wish Putin’s death, this, of course, is all very cute thing to do, only his life is a much more profitable option for us than the victory of any other forces in the Russian Federation,” Arestovych said.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, Arestovych believes that Russia’s war against Ukraine could last until 2035.
