Agreed. Some hit puberty and mature much faster/sooner than others. I met a dude at my uncles house one time and they asked me how old I thought he was (I was like 15 at the time). I guessed that he was probably 23-24. Dude was 16, full beard. My wife was more mature at 13-14yo than my daughter is now and she’s almost 21. Btw, the Virgin Mary is estimated to have been ~13-15yo when the immaculate conception occurred.
