No running water, dirt floors, no stove, no fridge, no light switch, no hot bath, no hot showers, wake up from shivering, every few hours, in below zero temps to add moar wood to the fire and get it going again. It was nice, my nightmares from ptsd went away BUTt fuuuuuuck… whew.. ovens, refrigirators, hot running water and light switches sure make life better.
