Most people are mineral deficient. Get a good mineral supplement, I like Mega Multi Mineral by Solaray. In addition get Natural Calm (magnesium). Do 30 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise per day. Push yourself to do this. You won't feel like it. Do it anyway.
