Coleman 12 volt. Cheap and efficient. I love ours. Hot or cold, depends on which way you plug it in. It's been on a lot of road trips, boat rides etc. I've seen them on ebay for real cheap.
ah, house. Good luck with your project anon. I have a high altitude place (I'm never going back to) but the caretaker has his nephew and fam in it. Otherwise I'd hand it over. Cute little town, except the thing.
There's some kind of chili roasting festival I went to. I think they do a lot of minor festivals at the park a couple of blocks away (short walk).
The Arkansas River is close (pan for gold!) and the shelf road (Phantom Canyon) goes to Cripple Creek. It's peaceful, nice weather, not much snow, doesn't get very hot at all, pretty nice.
