Of course you do. It's a requirement for most employment.
We rest assured that the alphabet agencies are only corrupt at the top. But that doesn't add up. If the top is corrupt, the corruption HAS to flow downward.
So, if the OIG has hundreds of sealed indictments at the top, what does this mean?
It means that regional offices are also being investigated. Once they establish their leaders are corrupt, they then examine which corrupt orders were given downwards. And what lackeys executed those orders, "only following orders" style.
Obviously this would quite quickly add up to 30,000 sealed indictments (or whatever the current count is)
