Do we know the full asset value?
https://www.foxbusiness.com/quote?stockTicker=DWAC#financials
shows not much at all; scroll down to see there are 37.21M shares outstanding, which includes diluted shares.
Price currently $49.30.
Doing the math, I get $1.83 billion.
Doing similar math on TWTR:
https://www.foxbusiness.com/quote?stockTicker=TWTR#financials
797.57M shared outstanding (including diluted).
Price currently $44.95.
Doing the math, I get $35.85 billion.
Seems DWAC can be used for a portion but nowhere near the entire thing.
DWAC is only around 5% of TWTR's value.
Please correct if math is wrong?
