In Video: Ukrainian Soldiers Confirm They Were Ordered To Kill Civilians In Rubezhnoe

Testimonies of the Ukrainian National Guard fighters who surrendered near Rubizhne. They confirmed the criminal orders of their commanders.

During a special military operation in the town of Rubizhne, six soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine voluntarily surrendered to the advancing units of the people’s militia. Characteristically, the Ukrainian soldiers were shot in the back by their own fellow soldiers, were killing two and wounding one member of the National Guard.

A soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine: “Our commanders forced us, there was an order to shoot to kill at any moving person, regardless of whether he was a civilian or not. Then at some point they brought people there, there were women and men among them.

Correspondent: “A lot of people? How were they brought in?”

Soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine: “I don’t know, some vehicle, I didn’t look at it. There was a full shambles. The people who were brought were with white armbands, they were residents of Rubizhne. They were put in front of us and we were given the order to shoot them all. They wanted to shoot them for what had been done.. allegedly had been done in Bucha! We refused to carry out this terrible order because we didn’t want to shoot civilians… It was a very scary moment! For refusing from the execution of the order we were put in a pit in the same garage. We sat there for I don’t know how long… a day, two days. We had guards assigned to us.”

Correspondent: “Guards from whom?”

A member of the National Guard of Ukraine: “From among the same people who brought these people.”

Correspondent: “So not yours, not the National Guard, not the AFU?”

Soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine: “No, not the National Guard, not the AFU! These people had nationalist armbands, some volunteer battalions . At night, they were drunk, we disarmed them and ran to the side of Rubizhne where the Luhansk people’s militia units were and we surrendered. There were eight of us, and we were running under fire because they saw us running. They were shooting from various small arms. Two of us were killed, one was wounded. We took the wounded one with us…”

Correspondent: “They were shooting from the Ukrainian side?”

Soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine: “Yes, they were shooting from the Ukrainian side.”

Correspondent: “In the back?”

Soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine: “Yes, we were shot in the back. We were without military gear, without anything.”

Wounded soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine, who is given first medical aid: “We were running over, already surrendered and ran through our positions, three people ran, and I was finished off by our guys with a automatic weapons.”

A soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine: “Guys, it’s very scary! It’s scary what happens on here. People are buried in the yards here, houses are bombed, there is not much left of Rubizhne. Don’t come here, stay home!”

Ron DeSantis: Extended Mask Mandate ‘Is the Biden Equivalent of Continuing the Beatings Until Morale Improves’

The extension of the federal mask mandate for public transportation is based on “more COVID theater” and is “the Biden equivalent of continuing the beatings until morale improves,” Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said in a sharp statement on Wednesday.

“Biden’s extension of the transportation mask mandate simply prolongs the misery that passengers and flight attendants are being forced to endure,” the governor said in a statement following the news of federal officials extending the mask requirement for public transportation yet again.

“This is not evidence-based, but simply more COVID theater,” he continued. “This is the Biden equivalent of continuing the beatings until morale improves. I’m glad Florida and other states are fighting this mandate in court.”

The sharp statement followed news of the Biden administration extending the mask mandate, forcing individuals to continue to mask up while on planes, trains, buses, and other modes of public transportation. The mandate was set to expire April 18, but officials opted to extend it two more weeks, with no immediate end in sight, as they have continued to extend the deadlines throughout the entirety of Biden’s presidency. This is despite the fact that Biden, prior to taking office, pitched “just” 100 days of masking, deeming it everyone’s “patriotic” duty.

DeSantis has long spoken out and fought against the coercive coronavirus restrictions imposed by the Biden administration, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) vaccine mandate, which the Supreme Court struck down this year. Last month, DeSantis and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody (R) announced a lawsuit over the Biden administration’s extended mask mandate on planes and at transportation hubs. Twenty other states joined the lawsuit as well.

“This rule, this order is completely outside the bounds of the scope of federal power; as we have argued successfully in numerous other cases, the CDC and the federal government and the Biden administration never had the power to issue this order originally,” Moody said at the time.

“This must be lifted,” she said, adding that they “have a lot of faith in the court that they will agree with our legal analysis.”

The case is Florida v. Walensky, No. 8:22-cv-718 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Far-Left Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo Lashes Out at Prosecutors After Two of Her Staffers Indicted in $11 Million ‘Vaccine Contract’ Investigation

Harris County, Texas – Two of Judge Lina Hidalgo’s staffers were indicted this week after prosecutors expanded the investigation into an $11 million ‘vaccine outreach contract’ awarded to one of the judge’s political cronies.

Texas Rangers last month raided the office of Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and executed a search warrant related to an $11 million ‘vaccine outreach contract’ awarded to one of the judge’s friends.

Recall, radical far-left judge Lina Hidalgo was one of the most aggressive Covid tyrants in Texas during the pandemic.

While she was threatening to jail and fine people for violating her Covid rules, she was secretly trying to award one of her political cronies an $11 million ‘vaccine outreach’ contract.

Hidalgo panicked and canceled the $11 million vaccine contract after questions were raised that it was with a one-person firm with no experience.

Two of Hidalgo’s staffers were indicted this week after Texas Rangers obtained a new search warrant and requested the Google accounts of Lina Hidalgo and 6 of her senior staffers.

Hidalgo lashed out at county prosecutors during an interview with ABC 13, calling the charges ‘partisan politics.’

“At best, this is going forward with a fundamental misunderstanding of the facts and at worst, it is the weaponization of the criminal justice system for political purposes so I’m not going to play into that,” Hidalgo whined to ABC13 on Wednesday. “My staffers are hardworking people. They work day and night for the people of Harris County and we’ve got work to do, like this catalytic converter issue or like childhood education, homelessness, huge wins.”

ABC 13 reported:

In her first on-camera comments about the indictment of two current and one former staffer, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo attacked county prosecutors for weaponizing the system with a “flimsy” case.

Alex Triantaphyllis, who is Hidalgo’s current chief of staff but was her deputy chief of staff at the time the allegations took place; Aaron Dunn, then a senior advisor for public safety and emergency management at the county; and Wallis Nader, who is Hidalgo’s deputy policy director, were indicted Monday. Each one of them was indicted on one count of misuse of official information and one count of tampering with a government record.

Investigators allege Triantaphyllis, Dunn and Nader steered a nearly $11 million COVID-19 vaccine outreach contract to a small Houston-based firm and shared proposal documents with the company before they were made public.

Search warrants include text messages and emails between Triantaphyllis, Dunn and Nader about the contract before it was awarded, but Hidalgo’s legal team has said the snippets of messages in the warrants doesn’t offer the full picture.

“The facts just don’t add up as they’re being presented,” Hidalgo said during her interview. “It’s the middle of an election year and I think it’s very clear that the motivations around this are just to harm me politically and it’s very sad to see the criminal justice system used that way.”

When ABC 13 reporter Steve Campion asked Hidalgo, who still hasn’t been charged, if she’s afraid she will be indicted, she said, “No. I mean, look, I don’t know how far this is going to go and it’s very easy when you present one-sided facts to the grand jury. Everybody knows a grand jury can indict a ham sandwich if that’s all they see.”

Trump Appointed, Dem-Endorsed Prosecutor Deciding Whether To Seek Hunter Biden Indictment

David Weiss, a Trump-appointed U.S. prosecutor is currently weighing whether there is enough evidence to seek a federal grand jury indictment against Hunter Biden.

Breitbart reported:

Trump-appointed U.S. prosecutor David Weiss has been weighing whether there is sufficient evidence to indict Hunter Biden in relation to potential tax fraud, money laundering, and the violation of lobbying laws, according to CBS News.

Weiss, a twenty-year federal prosecutor, will have to determine if there is enough evidence to seek a federal grand jury indictment against Hunter Biden in an investigation that may end up including other members of the Biden family, such as Joe Biden’s brother James Biden, and potentially the president himself.

Weiss was endorsed by Democrat senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons — and is one of the only Trump-appointed U.S. Attorneys that are still in place since Biden took office.

CBS reported:

Then-President Donald Trump appointed Weiss to be U.S. Attorney in Delaware in 2018. He had been acting head of the office at the time and received the endorsements of Delaware’s U.S. Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons, both Democrats.

Biden elected to keep Weiss in the position — one of the only Trump-appointed U.S. Attorneys to remain — because he understood the political risk of removing the prosecutor in the midst of an ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden’s attorney has not responded to requests for comment.

Weiss is the same prosecutor who put the Hunter investigation on pause in 2020.

The New York Post reported at the time:

The top federal prosecutor in Delaware decided to pause a criminal investigation of Hunter Biden months before the 2020 election to prevent the public from learning about it, according to a report.

US Attorney David Weiss, appointed by former President Donald Trump, decided not to seek search warrants or issue grand jury subpoenas so as not to “alert the public to the existence of the case in the middle of a presidential election,” Politico reports.

The prosecutor’s office reportedly was torn over whether to continue its probe or pause it due to the election, and Weiss, who remains in his job leading the case, sided with those who wanted to wait.

Will Weiss do the right thing this time?

Nearly 100 people at this NJ school got brain tumors — a survivor demands answers

A cancer survivor is vowing to untangle the twisted mystery of why almost 100 people associated with a New Jersey high school have developed “extremely” rare malignant brain tumors.

Al Lupiano is among the 94 former staff and students from Colonia High School in the Woodbridge Township School District who have been stricken by the devastating diagnoses in recent years.

“I will not rest until I have answers,” Lupiano, 50, declared in an interview with NJ.com and the Star Ledger on Thursday. “I will uncover the truth.”

Among the others diagnosed with brain cancer was Lupiano’s younger sister, who passed away from the disease in February at the age of 44.

The devoted brother promised his sister on her deathbed that he would get to the bottom of what was causing the apparent cancer cluster at Colonia High. On Tuesday — after a public push by Lupiano — local officials approved an emergency probe of the school.

“There could be a real problem here, and our residents deserve to know if there are any dangers,” Woodbridge Mayor John McCormac said in a statement. “We’re all concerned, and we all want to get to the bottom of this. This is definitely not normal.”

Starting this weekend, various radiological assessments will be conducted across the school’s 28-acre campus, including the testing of indoor air samples for radon.

Lupiano was diagnosed with a brain tumor back in the late 1990s, at the age of 27. He went on to recover from the disease.

Last year, his wife — who also attended Colonia — was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor. On the exact same day, Lupiano’s younger sister, Angela DeCillis, another alumna of Colonia, learned that she, too, had brain cancer.

After his sister’s death in February, Lupiano became convinced of a link between the Colonia campus and the brain cancers he, his wife and his sister had developed. Last month, he started a Facebook group asking locals whether they knew of any other people associated with the school who had been stricken by similar diagnoses.

In less than six weeks, Lupiano says he has gathered the names of 94 people connected with the school who have developed brain tumors.

The disturbing development became headline news this week after CBS News took it national. A subsequent TikTok video discussing the medical mystery has also racked up more than 2.2 million viral views in just 24 hours.

The vast majority of those who have developed brain tumors “graduated between 1975 and 2000, although outliers have come as recently as a 2014 graduate,” according to the Star Ledger.

The diagnoses include “several types of primary brain tumors, including cancerous forms like glioblastoma and noncancerous yet debilitating masses such as acoustic neuromas, haemangioblastomas and meningiomas.”
