It doesn't sound like this will be their tactic.
They say that they will sell more shares to other shareholders…. But musk offered to purchase 100% of shares. It sounds like this "poison pill" is only an option when the "hostile party" is purchasing a controlling share, then this tactic of diluting the pool would be an option.
IMHO this isn't an option for twatter..
