Hmmm. For some reason I've always associated the "Darkness to Light" post as something highly symbolic that would happen on the day of the Spring Equinox.

Ok I understand that's justification given, but public employment records should be public to the extent that they don't violate the employee's individual right to privacy. Performance reviews should definitely be fair game for public scrutiny and comment.

 

"Sensitive" LE info is just bureaucrat carny language for "shit we don't want you to know because we'll look bad".
