Yesterday was reading Jim Stone's site, he shared Clif High's analysis that "it's too expensive to put snake venom wrapped in nanocapsules in the water supply everywhere!"
[They] don't need to.
They just need to "predict" an outbreak, and then dump snake venom wrapped in nanocapsules in THAT AREA'S water supply.
And perhaps chemtrail it for good measure.
And dose the food supply that's heading in to town.
And whatever else they can convince those who love money over their neighbors, to poison them with.
But the key is:
They don't need to poison every water supply, just the ones they want to point and say "SEE, OUTBREAK!"
