So. This Helicopter was flying circles over my house a few days ago.
It.s a heavily loaded and modified Sikorsky SH-60 Seahawk.Can one of you planefags take a gander at the history of it and explain how it has managed to be where it has been?
It's a fucking weird looking aircraft.
More precisely it is an MH-60R.
I like where I live. I get to see some pretty cool shit fly around. Like living under an Airshow.
Go further back in it's flight logs. It really gets around with no record of flights between places. It's been to San Diego CA, Fallon NV, Some place in Greece and several other places in just the last week.
That's what I was wondering. So they will share call signs…
I don't live under where it is now or San Diego. It was doing loops around a non military, non towered airport I live near. That's what it does. Loops and landings.
I get mostly old WW2 warbirds and Ultralights. Seeing this thing was out of left field.
I'm keeping eyes on it for a bit.
