1) deep state cannot let Elon control Twitter. they will fight.

2) Vanguard, and others could take huge positions. driving up the price.

3) Musk, perhaps with allies, will also buy up stock.

4) poison pill might then get triggered, allowing existing stockholder to INCREASE their positions at specially cheap prices. This causes dilution in value, because of massively increasing number of shares.

5) Musk and allies should then SELL/SHORT like mofos as that happens.

6) If you can time it right, you could make a friggin fortune. (or you lose your shirt car and house, so be careful)
