BORON SUPPLEMENTATION

Article by Stefan Burns - Updated January 2022. Join the Wild Free Organic email newsletter!

Boron is the fifth element of the periodic table, and trace amounts can be found in the Earth’s crust. Though boron is a trace element, it is critical for a variety of plant and animal metabolic processes. In fact, boron deficiency in plants is a major concern for farmers, being the second most common micronutrient deficiency (1). With boron micronutrient deficiency common in crops, it’s likely that most people are likewise deficient in boron, and that’s a cause for concern.

A quick summary of boron’s effects on health can be best described as Wolverine’s superpowers! Boron improves wound healing, builds stronger bones, balances hormone production, strengthens the immune system, and more.

Before we cover all of boron’s amazing health benefits, lets first understand the interactions of vitamin D, magnesium, and testosterone, and how boron has major positive effects on these three systems.

Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Testosterone

For the general populace, vitamin D and magnesium are the first and second most common micronutrient deficiencies. It has been estimated that as many as 1 billion people around the world are vitamin D deficient (2). A vitamin D deficiency has many negative effects on health such as a weakened immune system, poor energy metabolism and fatigue, increased chance of mental health issues like depression and anxiety, muscular pain, loss of bone mass and strength, dysfunctional hormone production, hair loss, and more.

Insufficient magnesium is the second most common micronutrient deficiency, and the possible symptoms are likewise unpleasant, ranging from high blood pressure and asthma to mental disorders and weak bones. Against this nutrient deficiency backdrop, testosterone levels have been decreasing in men for decades (3, 4) due to a variety of factors such as the use of plastics, overuse of antibiotics, and artificial hormones. Vitamin D and magnesium are micronutrients critical for proper hormone health for men and women. The altering of androgenic hormones like testosterone on a population level mean that large swathes of men are experiencing the side effects of low testosterone which include loss of muscle and bone mass, crippling fatigue, severe mood changes, a greatly diminished sex drive, and increased body fat (5).

It has been clearly demonstrated that when vitamin D, magnesium, and testosterone levels are out of balance serious health problems arise. Luckily it has been found that supplementing with mere milligrams of boron everyday greatly improves vitamin D and magnesium absorption.

The Ukrainian government is preparing a false-flag attack against a railway station filled with civilian refugees, in order to accuse Russia of war crimes, the Russian military announced on Friday. Moscow cited intelligence to name the target, method, and even point of origin of the impending attack, which it said was patterned after the recent carnage in Kramatorsk.

“The Kiev regime is preparing another monstrous provocation, similar to the one carried out in Kramatorsk, to accuse Russian servicemen of war crimes with a massacre of civilians,” Lieutenant General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Management Center, said on Friday afternoon.

According to Mizintsev, the 19th Missile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine intends “in the near future” to fire a Tochka-U tactical ballistic missile at “the accumulation of refugees at the railway station” at Lozovaya – a city in the Kharkov region and a major rail junction.

In order to make the strike look like it came from territory controlled by the Donetsk People's Republic or Russian forces, the rocket will come from Staromikhaylovka, a village west of Donetsk held by the Kiev forces, the general added.

Such actions demonstrate Ukraine’s “inhuman attitude towards the fate of civilians” and “complete disregard for all norms of morality and international humanitarian law,” said Mizintsev.

“We warn in advance the countries of the so-called ‘civilized West’ led by the US that the Russian Federation has a body of operational evidence about the upcoming terrible crimes of the Kiev regime,” the Russian general added, along with a reminder that Tochka-U tactical missiles are “used only by the Ukrainian armed forces.”

The same 19th missile brigade was accused by the Russian military on Friday of targeting the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station in Kherson. Two missiles were fired towards the dam on Friday morning, purportedly with the aim of causing the Dnieper river to flood.

Both missiles were intercepted by Russian air defenses, but fragments of one of them damaged several buildings in the village of Novaya Kakhovka, injuring a woman and a child, the Russian military said.

Texaco insider Clint Murchison had meat packing interests in Haiti which were looked after by CIA agent George de Mohrenschildt, a wealthy Russian oilman and, according to the FBI, a Nazi spy during WWII. It was de Mohrenschildt who drove Lee Harvey Oswald from New Orleans to Dallas days before the November 22, 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Gaeton Fonzi, a special investigator for the House Select Committee on Assassinations, was on his way to interview de Mohrenschildt in Florida regarding his role in the JFK hit when the CIA agent was found with a shotgun blast through his head. De Mohrenschildt’s diaries were later uncovered. One entry read, “Bush, George H. W. (Poppy), 1412 W Ohio also Zapata Petroleum Midland”. [374]

Kennedy had done plenty to piss off the US military establishment. In October 1963 he pulled 1,000 advisers out of Southeast Asia and issued NSAM 363 – a blueprint for a total Vietnam withdrawal. He sent US Ambassador to Guinea William Atwood to Cuba to begin talks with Fidel Castro, after publicly blasting the CIA’s bungling of the Bay of Pigs operation. Kennedy said he wanted to “splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds” and that he understood Castro‘s revolutionary struggle against dictator and Meyer Lansky crony Fulgencio Batista, who Kennedy called, “an incarnation of a number of sins on the part of the US”. [375]

Ted Shackley, Santos Trafficante and the CIA boys running Operation Mongoose – which aimed to assassinate Castro – were especially outraged at Kennedy. Major General Edward Lansdale had commandeered Operation Mongoose and escalated it into a small war against Cuba. In 1955 Lansdale helped Lucien Conein set up the South Vietnamese Opium Monopoly under President Nguyen Cao Ky. The CIA continued to train anti-Castro rebels in south Florida and around Lake Pontchartrain outside New Orleans, even after JFK had the FBI raid the camps.

Kennedy fired CIA Director and Rockefeller cousin Allen Dulles, CIA Deputy Director Charles Cabell (whose brother was the mayor of Dallas) and CIA Deputy Director of Plans Richard Bissell. Richard Helms was Bissell’s successor at the Company’s dirty tricks bureau, as the Plans section was known. Helms was tight with James “Jesus” Angleton, who ran the CIA’s MK-ULTRA mind control program for years, utilizing techniques Dulles obtained in Switzerland from the House of Saud Muslim Brotherhood.

Dasting!

Who Financed Bolshevik Revolution?

The top Communist leaders have never been as hostile to their counterparts in the West, as the rhetoric suggests. They are quite friendly to the world’s leading financiers and have worked closely with them, when it suits their purposes. The Bolshevik revolution actually was financed by wealthy financiers in London and New York. Lenin and Trotsky were on the closest of terms with these moneyed interests both before and after the Revolution. Those hidden liaisons have continued to this day and occasionally pop to the surface, when we discover a David Rockefeller holding confidential meetings with a Mikhail Gorbachev in the absence of government sponsorship or diplomatic purpose.

Myth of the Bolshevik Revolution

One of the greatest myths of contemporary history is that the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia was a popular uprising of the downtrodden masses against the hated ruling class of the Tsars. However, the planning, the leadership and especially the financing came entirely from outside Russia, mostly from financiers in Germany, Britain and the United States. Furthermore, the Rothschild Formula played a major role in shaping these events.

Jacob Schiff – the Financier

Jacob Schiff was head of the New York investment firm Kuhn, Loeb and Co. He was one of the principal backers of the Bolshevik revolution and personally financed Trotsky’s trip from New York to Russia. He was a major contributor to Woodrow Wilson’s presidential campaign and an advocate for passage of the Federal Reserve Act.

During this time of uncertainty, we are supporting our investors, employees, and those most directly affected by the war in Ukraine.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has shocked us all. It has caused a tragic loss of life and a humanitarian crisis. The political, social, and economic ramifications are still unfolding. And we know the impact of this war stretches beyond borders, including reaching many of our clients and our employees.

In response, Vanguard has donated to organizations providing supplies, care, and resources to Ukrainian children and families who have had their lives completely upturned by this conflict, and we are matching 100% of employee contributions to groups providing direct humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians in need. Vanguard is also supporting our employees who are dealing with the anguish of having family and friends in the region during this difficult time. We are making emergency relief grants, time off, and mental health resources available to employees facing hardship due to this crisis.

We are also focused on supporting our clients, providing timely information and perspectives to help them maintain a disciplined approach and ensuring their assets are stewarded effectively through this period of uncertainty and market volatility. Our experienced investment professionals are well-prepared and able to meet the challenges of this quickly unfolding and turbulent situation.

We have moved swiftly to carry out sanctions levied against Russian financial institutions, entities, and individuals and to make needed adjustments prompted by market closures and index provider changes. The overall exposure to Russia in Vanguard funds is very limited – accounting for less than 0.01% of client assets – and the vast majority of that exposure is in our index funds. We have suspended purchases of Russian securities across our internally and externally managed active funds and are actively working to further reduce our exposure to Russia and exit the positions across our index funds. Vanguard stands ready to apply further measures announced by governments against Russia for its unprovoked attack on Ukraine.

During times like these, we are guided by our commitment to do what’s right for our clients, our employees, and our communities. As this conflict evolves, we will continue to support our clients, relief efforts and our team members around the globe. Our hearts go out to all those affected, and we continue to hope for a peaceful resolution to this tragic and deadly conflict.
