The Florida law did not go far enough. No teacher, principle or other school offical in any capacity should be able to communicate in any way, shape or form to a student concerning their "sexuality" up and through the 12th year of school. As it stands, it's not okay to communicate with a 3rd grader about their sexuality but it's okay and considered appropriate to do so with a 4th grader? Really? You do that with my 4th grader and it will be the last time you ever do it. The law should have made it illegal to communicate with any student until that student has left the Pre K throough grade 12 school system. Period.
