Elon Musk has SEVERAL options to success. Historically, the only thing poison pill defenses do in a hostile takeover is make the takeover more expensive. With twitter so undervalued (undervalued because of the mass censorship), any deal will be a good deal for Elon.
Many market analysts are saying (and this anon agrees) that if Elon REALLY wants Twitter, there's nothing they [Cabal] can do to stop him from getting it.
