>population control by any means necessary;
Concur. And abortion.
Yes. Can you make your own toothpaste, etc? Yes it uses things like baking soda but bought once in bulk, then no more depending on stores. Eliminate, or at the least, reduce your reliance on stores. We have been accustomed to having every product available within 2 days. This isn’t an “own nothing and be happy” mentality,rather, see what you can make yourself and/or do without. Starve the beast. Refuse to play, and not just short term.

I often wonder if this woman (?) realizes she’s being pasted everywhere.. who is she? Where does she live? Does she look the same?

It does. Hope you can convince her. My mom is living proof as well. Maybe you can convince her to try LC for two weeks. I make almost all of my food and use an erythritol/stevia combination. It’s more work, yes, but worth it for health. Sugar is poison and they hook people early.
Not fear. Being smart and prepared. Being all digital is foolish because it can all disappear in an instant. Books, not so much (barring a fire or natural disaster).
Would she try those Atkins’ packaged products? They have less sugar (very chemically and processed) but would work to dial her tastebuds down. I’ve found that’s a huge key to the first step to cleaning up a diet- getting used to just the taste of less sweet, ie resetting your tastebuds.
