Newly published letter from Durham's office reveals that Sussmann failed to provide records to his own law firm. Concealed materials include incriminating text message to the FBI.

Durham: "the defendant had "knowledge" that his electronic communications would incriminate him"

This filing last night with Durham, listed multiple potential crimes that Sussman & Joffe engaged in, so the question is why did Durham only charge Sussman with lying to the FBI?

I think I know, he says it himself in the filing, we wanted to see what Sussman would bring up for a defense, (and basically gather more evidence) because Durham and team wanted Sussman to expose everything and his attorney's were planning at trial.

The potential reason why only one charge, especially since he is pointing on multiple serious (very serious) charges, I think Durham has been trying for a long time, to get Sussman and Joffe to flip and be "states witness" for bigger fish. MUCH bigger fish.

Durham basically lists out every crime they committed in this pleading, which is not normal to my understanding, but in addition, how Durham and team trial strategy and how they it's backed up by law. They state specific law after each argument.

I think Sussman and Joffe are afraid to die, so they haven't taken a deal, and why Durham didn't fall for it when Sussman said Joffe should have immunity.

Does anyone law fag know why Sussman was so insistent to give Joffe immunity?

My guess on this is their crimes are much bigger and things will come out at Sussman's trial, so would Joffe still be immune from prosecution?

Durham states it Joffe and HRC are his clients, and Durham is charging him. I think if Sussman doesn't flip, it will be hard for Durham to charge the FBI, I think ultimately there are a lot more, he's going after when this one is done.

I think Cleveland said people were wondering why he's going after such a small fish in the conspiracy, I do think Sussman was involved in the plan, but it was suggested from above, "We've got to get dirt on Trump, otherwise he'll hang us all"

Sussman is in a bad place, Durham, prison for a long time or face HRC. But there's no promise that Sussman will survive in prison, because she'd kill anyone to make sure they are silent.

Or maybe this whole charge and upcoming trial, is a charade to convince others that Sussman wouldn't flip.

It's complicated but I'm sure Durham is aware how dangerous it is for these people to flip, in this situation

Wow good find, so Ohr got hers in 2016, he got his in 2020, but do you think Joffe was involved from the beginning the dossier? So it's possible Joffe wa involved in a lot more than spying on him as a candidate and in the WH, and setting up a phony connection to Russia.

I wonder when Joffe was offered a Cyber or Tech leader in HRC admin, it was certainly before the election. They say he did the work because he was promised an administration job.

So could he have been involved from inception of the scam in late 2015?

Did you know that Joffe had a fraud mailer business years ago, sending out letters saying people won a grandfather clock and all the people had to do was pay the postage, many got scammed on it and the USPS charged him with mail fraud.
