Russia Says It Shot Down Ukrainian Transport Plane Carrying Western Arms

Update(1632ET): In what appears Moscow's "answer" to the US and NATO countries continuing to supply major weapons systems to Ukrainian forces, state agency TASS is claiming that Russian forces have brought down a Ukrainian military transport plane that was transporting Western arms. It would mark a massive battlefield development if confirmed, potentially escalating conflict more directly with the West, now that Russia is actively targeting Western arms shipments.

The alleged shoot down occurred outside Odessa via anti-air systems, says TASS, while citing Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov. Though remaining unconfirmed, China state media has also picked up the report, citing the defense ministry statement, which reads:

“Near Odesa Russian anti-aircraft defense forces have shot down a Ukrainian military transport plane, which was delivering a large shipment of arms supplied to Ukraine by Western counties,” Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov said Saturday.

However, there's nothing in the way of independent or outside sources confirming it, and Ukraine's military has not issued any statements, nor are they likely to admit that their military aircraft were transporting Western weapons shipments, even if accurate.

It joins two other multinational non-governmental organizations that do the most damage to faith, life and family in the world — the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the architect and supporter of the Chinese forced abortion program, and the Population Council, founded and supported by eugenicists, now serving as the guiding hand behind population suppression efforts all over the world.

We also know that this global entity is involved in the sale of baby body parts. This was uncovered in some heroic reporting by the Center for Medical Progress.

In exposing the illegal and barbaric practice of harvesting aborted baby parts for profit, the videos document the relationship between Planned Parenthood and the biotech firm StemExpress, which buys and resells aborted baby body parts for medical research.

The individuals who first reported on this have been attacked by the left. In a court case a judge ruled that these whistleblowers should pay Planned Parenthood $16 million but the judge had connections to Planned Parenthood.

Later in 2020, there was more information that Planned Parenthood was involved in selling baby body parts.

By getting into transgender work, Planned Parenthood can claim less of its work is for abortions on a percentage of revenues while profitting from this new industry.

Planned Parenthood could not be more evil to Christian conservatives if it tried.

Majority of Rep. Liz Cheney’s Donors Do Not Live in Wyoming

The vast majority of Rep. Liz Cheney’s donors do not live in Wyoming and will not be able to vote for her.

The Wyoming primary is on August 16.

Cheney may have raised millions, but only $202,980 came from donors in Wyoming.

Challenger Harriet Hageman, who Trump has endorsed, has raised about $745,382 — with the majority coming from in-state donors.

“Texas tops the list with donors from that state contributing $556,430 to Cheney’s campaign. California is the second highest, with the state’s donors contributing $541,880. Cheney raised $466.100 from Virginia donors, $450,370 from Florida donors, $408,290 from New Yorkers and $215,600 from Connecticut donors. Donors from each of those states have contributed significantly more for Cheney’s 2022 reelection bid than they did for the 2020 election,” Open Secrets reports.

The report adds, “Last election cycle, Wyoming donors gave Cheney $276,290, more money than any other state. In 2021, Cheney raised $202,980 from donors in Wyoming, placing the state in seventh place.”

Speaking on a live stream with Issue One’s CEO Nick Penniman on Tuesday, Cheney was asked about running as part of another party, as Republicans have removed from the House GOP leadership after she voted to impeach former President Donald Trump.

“I’m a Republican, and I believe in what the Republican party stands for. I think the best thing for our country is to have a really healthy and strong Republican party, and a really healthy and strong Democratic party.” She said, adding “my chuckle was thinking about my fellow Republicans who think that they have kicked me out, and can take over my party – which they can’t.”

Russia Says Urban Areas of Mariupol Clear of Ukrainian Forces as Zelenskyy Vows to End Talks'

Russia said Saturday that there are no Ukrainian troops in the urban area of Mariupol, a key battlefield in the east of Ukraine.

“The entire urban territory of Mariupol is completely cleared of militants of the Nazist group ‘Azov,’ foreign mercenaries, and Ukrainian troops,” Russian Defense Ministry wrote in a social media post.

The remainder of the Ukrainian groups are blocked on Azovstal, one of Europe’s biggest metallurgical plants located in the east of Mariupol, the Kremlin said.

“Their only chance to save their lives is to voluntarily lay down their weapons and surrender,” the Russian Defense Ministry claimed.

According to the post, there were about 8,100 Ukrainian soldiers or militants in Mariupol on March 11; 1,464 of them have surrendered, no more than 2,500 people are still blocked in Azovstal, and more than 4,000 have been killed.

The Epoch Times cannot verify the data independently.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told CNN on Friday that about 2,500 to 3,000 troops died during the war. He appeared to be referring to the whole war, not specifically about the battles at Mariupol.

Russia’s announcement came right after Zelenskyy threatened that the elimination of Ukrainian troops in Mariupol will make talks impossible.

“The more Borodianka-like cases appear, there will be no chance that negotiations will be held actually,” he said during an interview with Ukrainian media. “The destruction of all our guys in Mariupol—what they are doing now—can put an end to any format of negotiations.”

Borodianka is an urban-style settlement about 37 miles northwest of the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv from which the Russian forces recently withdrew. Zelenskyy said that more than 300 civilians were killed by Russian forces, with about 30 of them executed.

More red states join lawsuit to stop Biden from revoking Title 42

Eighteen Republican attorneys general have joined a lawsuit seeking to force Joe Biden’s White House to keep the Trump-era Title 42 in place.

With just over five weeks until the Biden administration plans to roll back Title 42, the Republican attorneys general are locking arms in a display of unified opposition to the administration's policies at the country’s southern border.

The suit to stop the administration from revoking Title 42 was originally filed by the attorneys general of Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri. On Friday, the New York Post reported that attorneys general from 18 other states joined the suit. They are: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Alaska’s Republican Governor Mike Dunleavy enthusiastically backed the multi-state suit. He said, “The Termination Order is detrimental to the states tasked with enforcing immigration standards, and it is not logically appropriate.”

He added, “This policy runs contrary to the Biden Administration’s other declarations because it is expressly premised on the decrease of COVID-19, but the Administration has ignored these facts by enforcing mandatory vaccination and mask mandates.”

Wyoming’s Republican Governor Mike Gordon expressed a similar sentiment.

He said, “When the federal government does not fulfill its responsibilities, states are compelled to take legal action to protect their residents from the impacts of this border crisis. Wyoming will stand by our fellow states to protect our borders.”

The states that are suing the Biden administration argue that Title 42’s pending termination is illegal because it violates the “notice-and-comments requirements” that are a crucial part of the federal Administrative Procedures Act.

However, it appears that not only Republicans oppose the Biden administrations plans to revoke Title 42.

Politicians on both sides of the political aisle have publicly opposed Biden’s plan to nix roll back Title 42 as polling indicates how unpopular the move is among registered voters.

According to this Morning Consult/Politico poll, 56% of registered voters oppose the move marking “the largest backlash against a Biden administration policy” tracked by Morning Consult since January of 2021.

West Virginia’s maverick, Democratic Senator Joe Manchin criticized the policy as a “frightening decision” and warned that it will cause even more illegal immigration.

One of Nevada’s Democratic Senators, Catherine Cortez Masto, likened the Biden administration’s strategy to “acting without a detailed plan.”

She said, “This is the wrong way to don this and it will leave the administration unprepared for a surge at the border.”

In a recent report at Newsmax, US Senators were contemplating what to do with assets taken from Russians during the current war in Ukraine.

Sens. Michael Bennet, D-Colo., and Rob Portman, R-Ohio, are introducing a bill that would repurpose seized Russian assets in exchange for a relief fund directed toward Ukrainian refugees and the reconstruction of Ukraine, Axios reported.

“Right now, Ukraine is experiencing the worst refugee crisis since War World II — they need our help,” Portman, the ranking member of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, said.

The bill, dubbed the RELIEF for Ukraine Act, or the Repurposing Elite Luxuries into Emergency Funds, would direct money from the liquidation of assets seized by the Department of Justice’s new KleptoCapture task force into a Ukrainian relief package.

“One way to help is to move from freezing the assets of Russian oligarchs and wealthy citizens to seizing their assets, and providing that funding to people of Ukraine to help with ongoing humanitarian efforts,” Portman adds.

The State Department would administer the funds in consultation with the U.S. Agency for International Development.

What most Americans who see this don’t recognize is that the proposal by the Senators give Russian assets to George Soros. This is because the US Agency for International Development (USAID) is closely connected with Soros.

Back in 2018 when caravans of people were flowing through Mexico and to the American border, USAID was paying for this invasion.

USAID defines itself as the world’s premier international development agency and a catalytic actor driving development results. USAID’s work advances U.S. national security and economic prosperity, demonstrates American generosity, and promotes a path to recipient self-reliance and resilience.

UPDATES: Militants, Mercenaries at Azovstal Asking Kiev to Allow Them to Surrender - Russian MoD

Earlier in the week, 1,160 Ukrainian soldiers, including 176 officers, of the 36th Marine Brigade surrendered in Mariupol. The Russian Defense Ministry said it was ready to allow all Ukrainian troops to withdraw through humanitarian corridors and promised to spare Ukrainian nationalists who agree to lay down arms. The Ukrainian side declined the offer.

Mariupol, a coastal city in the breakaway Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) with a population of 450,000, went under the control of Ukrainian troops during the 2014 offensive. On March 7, a senior DPR military said that Russian and DPR forces have surrounded the city and are clearing it of Ukrainian troops, including the neo-Nazi Azov battalion.

Russia launched a military operation last month with the stated goal of putting an end to war crimes committed by Ukrainian troops against civilians during an eight-year offensive against Donbass.
