This sounded like bullshit, so I looked it up. The book in search able pdf is linked below. “Cats” are not mentioned at all and “frogs” only once, but not in the sentence cited above. But even if the quote were true, it would have little meaningful significance because this book is not biblical or part of any known religious canon.
