How would you go about fixing that during this operation?
Would you false flag a toilet paper shortage to plant the seed on shortages and get the people use to it somewhat?
Would you pull those tainted items one by one off the shelf claiming supply chain issues and "we have shortages"
Would you fix the recipes at the manufacturing level then eventually resupply untainted goods?
Would the people need to know they were slowly being poisoned?
