Celebrity chefs are beyond crazy. Meanwhile, great chefs do their jobs every day and get famous in their neighborhood. The high strung ones? They flame out. Most of them very early. Those high strung ones that don't are the ones picked up by the media. If the media picks a chef as a star the flame out is epic. Name one media star chef alive today?
