Just Curious, if you accidentally/intentionally kill a illegal immigrant, did you break a law?, if so, what law did you break?
why I ask is, I've seen reports where illegal immigrants kill a American and then skip right back over the border never to be seen again.
I'm just asking if the shoe was on the other foot and a illegal immigrant gets killed what are consequences in court? is there a legal standing? what are the pros and cons in case something like that was to happen?
