Kind of. Beasts are different things in the bible according to context; some are animals, some nations, some empires, some systems, some individuals.
Adam lost the world to the devil.
Jesus earned it back on the cross.
The Second Coming is Jesus claiming his rightful place on earth as it is in heaven.
So the Beast (Antichrist) is from the Beast (Revived Holy Roman Empire) worshiping the Beast (Dragon) and establishing his own kingdom on earth. The Kingdom of the Beast.
