Whoever feels they are losing power is pushing violence. The church-minded have had their way of governing for ovet 2K years. Gonna be a big change for them to adapt to as they die off and are replaced by free-thinkers. They kvetch and scream about the horrors of change, but don't see how their beloved institutions are the problem, not the solution.
