Twitter shareholders need to immediately vote to remove and replace the board with persons aligned with shareholder interests.

This is a typical owner/agent problem where the owner's interests (shareholders) are subordinated by the agent's (non-shareholder board members) interests. Usually it's a self lavishing C-suite executive crew, but in this case it's communist political activists masquerading as a board of directors.
