As if there wasn’t enough to worry about with the threat of nuclear war on the horizon, Vladimir Putin has suggested something worse might be on the horizon.
The Russian leader said that human beings genetically engineered to be ‘immune’ to pain and fear would actually be more dangerous than a nuclear weapon.
Speaking to students at the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi, Putin warned of the dangers of ‘playing God’ with the genetic code.
