Can you follow the analogy here. Perhaps you just haven't seen the video of HRC ripping a child's face off. I'm not saying it is in the public domain. I'm just pointing out that you can't prove it doesn't exist.

But exonerated in a court of law doesn't mean she's innocent, it just means it wasn't proven.
We don't actually KNOW if there is a video or not.
