Rhode Island Democrats want to double the personal income tax of the parents who refuse to expose their children to the COVID vaccine mandates.

If passed, the bill will also require parents to pay a fine of $50 per month.

The four page bill has bizarre exemption requirements where three doctors must sign off stating the person is not fit for immunization for medical reasons. All signatures must be notarized. The department of health shall have the power to investigate.
