The Roman Catholic Diocese of Camden, New Jersey, has agreed to pay $87.5 million in a proposed settlement with 300 survivors who accused members of the clergy of child sex abuse.

The settlement was negotiated amid an ongoing bankruptcy case after the Diocese of Camden filed for bankruptcy in October 2020. The diocese had accumulated mounting debt in the aftermath of abuse victims seeking compensation under the New Jersey Independent Victims Compensation Program.

That program—which allowed alleged victims of child abuse by diocesan priests of the Roman Catholic dioceses of Newark, Paterson, Metuchen, Trenton, and Camden to file claims—began in 2019.

The agreement filed with U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Camden on April 19 is between plaintiffs and the Diocese of Camden, which oversees nearly half a million Catholics in 62 parishes encompassing six counties in southern New Jersey: Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem.

While it still needs to be approved by a U.S. bankruptcy judge, such an approval would make it “the largest cash payment by any Catholic diocese in bankruptcy to date” in the country, according to attorneys for the plaintiffs in the lawsuits.

Under the terms of the proposed settlement, $87.5 million will go into a trust established to compensate survivors of sexual abuse within the diocese and will be paid out over a four-year period.

“The settlement also includes maintaining or enhancing the protocols for the protection of children, which were first implemented by the Diocese in 2002,” the diocese said in a statement.

In a statement announcing the settlement, Bishop Dennis J. Sullivan said the diocese was pleased with the outcome of the mediation process.

“I want to express my sincere apology to all those who have been affected by sexual abuse in our Diocese,” Sullivan stated. “My prayers go out to all survivors of abuse and I pledge my continuing commitment to ensure that this terrible chapter in the history of the Diocese of Camden, New Jersey never happens again.”

While specific details regarding the alleged sexual abuse of the roughly 300 victims were not included in the proposed settlement, the incidents occurred from the 1950s into the 1990s, with most cases concerning the 1960s and 1970s, The Associated Press reported.

Abuse survivors who filed a claim in the bankruptcy proceeding could receive $290,000, the victims’ attorneys Jay Mascolo and Jason Amala said.

More than 40 priests and others who served within the Diocese of Camden have been accused of childhood sexual abuse, although many of the allegations were not investigated because of New Jersey’s outdated statute of limitations for abuse survivors, attorneys said in a statement.

Under the previous statute of limitations, abuse survivors only had two years to pursue legal actions against the individual or entity that caused them harm, or up until the age of 20.

However, in 2019 New Jersey expanded that window of time to within seven years from the time they became aware of their injuries or up until they turn 55.

“This battle was hard-fought and today’s settlement was long-overdue—Camden survivors have finally obtained some semblance of justice after suffering for decades,” said Jay Mascolo of RAM Law, who is among the attorneys representing the accusers, in a statement.

“This moment is a direct result of thousands of survivors courageously coming forward, and the nation-leading reforms that New Jersey passed that made it possible for survivors to finally seek justice,” Mascolo stated. “We hope this victory encourages others to seek accountability for the abuse they suffered—it’s not too late for many survivors in New Jersey to come forward under New Jersey’s new law.”

Ukraine Has Received Fighter Jets From Unnamed US Ally: Pentagon

For the first time since the Russian invasion began, the Pentagon on Tuesday issued cryptic confirmation that Ukraine has received fighter planes. In a press briefing spokesman John Kirby was careful to say it wasn't the Untied States who sent them, however.

He also didn't specify what types of aircraft were sent, only that Ukrainian forces "right now have available to them more fixed-wing fighter aircraft than they did two weeks ago." Kirby described, "Without getting into what other nations are providing, they (Ukrainian forces) have received additional platforms and parts to be able to increase their fleet size."

"Other nations who have experience with those kinds of aircraft have been able to help them get more aircraft up and running," Kirby added. As for the US role, he only specified assistance given in the shipment of some parts, but that the US has "not transported whole aircraft."

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has for weeks been lobbying Western capitals to "close the sky" - or impose a no fly zone - which would effectively guarantee direct Russia-NATO war. While he's recently backed off that rhetoric slightly, he's instead taken the strategy of saying that if his Western backers aren't ready to commit to a NFZ, then they can at least provide aircraft.

As for this fresh Pentagon admission of jets having been recently transferred to Kiev, a few possibilities remain as to which country is behind it. Last month, Poland offered a deal to give Ukraine its almost two dozens MiGs if Washington would replenish its lost supply by upgrading Warsaw with US fighters. Apparently caught off guard by the move, the Pentagon rejected it.

Slovakia is another likely possibility after it sent an S-300 system and missiles to Ukraine, with the US agreeing to resupply the country with Patriots. Slovakia followed by offering to send MiG jets in a similar set-up based on the US sending upgraded American planes to replenish.

Study Shows MOST People Now Have Microplastics — Found in Disposable Masks — in Their Lungs

Not only are they uncomfortable, make it hard to breathe, and essentially pointless, but surgical masks worn during the pandemic could have a far unhealthier effect than we all thought. According to a new study published in the Science of the Total Environment, microplastics commonly used in surgical masks have been discovered in the lungs of most people.

Researchers in the United Kingdom looked at lung tissue obtained from study participants and found microplastics in all regions of the lungs, including the deeper section. According to the study, this is the first time microplastics have been found in human lung tissue samples using μFTIR spectroscopy.

The abundance of MPs (microplastics) within samples, significantly above that of blanks, supports human inhalation as a route of environmental exposure. MPs with dimensions as small as 4 μm but also, surprisingly, >2 mm were identified within all lung region samples, with the majority being fibrous and fragmented.

Though the researchers did not confirm the source of the microplastic contamination, the plastic fibers found in the lungs are commonly used in surgical masks.

Researchers identified 39 microplastics in 11 of the 13 lung tissue samples, with an average of 3 microplastics per sample.

There were 12 types of microplastic found in samples.

The 4 microplastics present in the most considerable quantities included:

polypropylene (PP): found in carpets, clothing, automotive plastics, and surgical masks

polyethylene terephthalate (PET): present in clothing, beverage, and food containers

resin: a constituent of protective coating and paints

polyethylene (PE): a component of food wrappers, milk containers, toys, and detergent bottles

In 2020, the amount of disposable face masks littered into the environment increased by a staggering 9000 percent. Billions of people strapped polypropylene masks to their faces every day for two years and sucked their air through plastic fibers for 8 hours or more. To not have discovered plastic in lungs would have been surprising.

The confirmation of microplastics in the lungs also backs up a study conducted in 2020 which predicted a microplastic inhalation risk posed by wearing masks.

According to researchers in that study, the inhalation risk posed by spherical- and fiber-like microplastics was high while wearing a mask. Unfortunately, researchers in that study continued to recommend the use of plastic masks despite the risk of inhalation.

Dr. Osita Onugha, thoracic surgeon and assistant professor of thoracic surgery at Saint John’s Cancer Institute at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California told Medical News Today that the implications for microplastics in the lungs are unknown given our current knowledge on this type of contamination but it can’t be good.

“The real question is what does something within the body […] do? The body does not like things that cause inflammation[…] and things that are foreign [like plastics]. So, if it leads to chronic inflammation, that’s where you can have things that develop years down the road,” Onugha said.

As MNT reports, Dr. Onugha said a follow-up study should address if microplastics within the lungs can lead to inflammatory lung disease or cancer. He added that it should be carried out in a significant population to determine “a cause and effect.”

When researchers do finally determine the source of contamination, it won’t take genius to figure out that strapping an endless supply of microplastics to the entrance of your lungs increases your chance of breathing them in.

States who continue to force children to wear masks, like New York, would do well to realize the potentially catastrophic health impacts they are having unsuspecting, innocent lives.

One influential group of Republicans remains loyal to Liz Cheney: Pro-Israel donors

Although she’s at war with GOP head Donald Trump, Cheney still has friends in the party, including the Republican Jewish Coalition

Liz Cheney, the Wyoming congresswoman who is perhaps the fiercest critic of Donald Trump, isn’t too popular in her party these days: The House Republican caucus kicked her out of her leadership role and some influential Republicans want her out of the GOP, period.

But there’s one section of the party where she’s getting support: Pro-Israel Republicans continue to fundraise for Cheney.

Cheney’s bona fides as one of the best friends of the right-wing pro-Israel community since her father, Dick, was vice president and she held a senior Middle East policy position at the State Department, is helping her outraise her challengers in a primary in August, even though some of her erstwhile pro-Israel donors are wary of her war with Trump.

Bill Kilberg, a lawyer who is deeply involved in funding for Israel’s Hebrew University, last month held a donor bash for her in McLean, Virginia, the same tony Washington suburb where Dick Cheney is now based. Kilberg’s wife Bobbie told CNN that the couple intended to host the Cheney fundraiser at home but picked a larger venue as the RSVPs poured in.

That’s typical of the pro-Israel community, which prides itself on its loyalty to politicians that have stood up for the Jewish state for years, however dire their straits become, said Matt Brooks, executive director of the Republican Jewish Coalition. The RJC’s affiliated political action committee has endorsed Cheney and has given her the maximum of $10,000 in a cycle.

“We stand by our friends who have been leaders and supporters over the years, regardless of where they were on other external issues,” Brooks said.

Brooks noted that in addition to the Kilbergs, Jewish pro-Israel stalwarts who have held fundraisers for Cheney include Mel Sembler, the Florida-based shopping center magnate, and Eric Levine, who runs an eponymous white-shoe law firm in New York.

Diplomat calls out West for using Ukrainians as ‘cannon fodder’ against Russia

Russia opens humanitarian corridors every day, but the Ukrainian side is reluctant to use them, Dmitry Polyansky noted

The West is using Ukrainians as cannon fodder in its proxy war against Russia, Russia’s First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Dmitry Polyansky said on Tuesday.

"Western colleagues’ concern for Ukraine and Ukrainians is quite selfish and self-serving," he said at a United Nations Security Council meeting. "They need Ukrainians only as cannon fodder in their proxy war against Russia “down to the very last Ukrainian.”

Russia opens humanitarian corridors every day, but the Ukrainian side is reluctant to use them, Polyansky noted.

"We declare humanitarian corridors on a daily basis, [we] declare ceasefires every day, we did it even today, regarding the Azovstal plant in Mariupol, but the Ukrainian side doesn't use it. They ignore those appeals," he noted.

Damning Evidence Emerges After U.S. Firm With Ties To WEF, DOD Implicated In Ukraine Bioweapons Cover-Up

As evidence of a potential bioweapons cover-up begins to emerge, a company called Metabiota, whose founder is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader graduate, is gaining prominence.

Story at-a-glance:

As evidence of a potential bioweapons cover-up has started emerging, a company called Metabiota is gaining prominence.

Metabiota’s mission is to make the world more resilient to epidemics by providing “data, analytics, advice and training to prepare for global health threats and mitigate their impacts.” Its founder is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader graduate.

Metabiota investors include In-Q-Tel, a CIA venture capital firm that specializes in high-tech investments that support or benefit the intelligence capacity of U.S. intelligence agencies, Hunter Biden’s investment fund, Rosemont Seneca and the U.S. Department of Defense’s Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), which contracted Metabiota to run operations in U.S.-connected labs in Ukraine.

In addition to having close ties to the WEF and its Great Reset agenda, Nathan Wolfe, the founder of Metabiota, has also served on the EcoHealth Alliance’s editorial board since 2004. In 2017, he co-wrote a study on coronaviruses in bats together with EcoHealth president Peter Daszak, Ph.D. EcoHealth worked closely with the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China, where SARS-CoV-2 is suspected of having originated.

Metabiota’s Global Partnerships are led by Andrew C. Weber, former assistant secretary of defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense, who created the DTRA.

The links between Metabiota and several key players in the COVID pandemic and/or the Ukraine labs story are manifold, so there’s no really simple way to unravel it in a logical sequence. That said, let’s start with what Metabiota does and the connections of its founder, and expand from there.

Metabiota’s mission

Metabiota’s mission is to make the world more resilient to epidemics by providing “data, analytics, advice and training to prepare for global health threats and mitigate their impacts.”

Through data analysis, they help “decision makers across government and industry” to estimate and mitigate pandemic risks. But they also claim to support “sustainable development,” which seems to have little to do with pandemic risk management.

That term, “sustainable development,” is one promoted by Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF). It’s part and parcel of Schwab’s plan for a global Great Reset and transhumanist revolution (aka, the Fourth Industrial Revolution).

It’s not surprising, then, to find out that the founder of Metabiota, Nathan Wolfe, not only has close ties to the WEF, but is also a rising star there. He’s a WEF Young Global Leader graduate and was awarded the WEF’s Technology Pioneer award in 2021.

Metabiota and the search for pandemic viruses

Metabiota was a core partner of a United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Pandemic Threat Program called PREDICT, which sought to identify viruses with pandemic potential.

Contractors funded through this program have included the EcoHealth Alliance, headed by Peter Daszak. The PREDICT program, directed by Dennis Carroll, appears to have served as a proof of concept for the Global Virome Project that Carroll founded.

accidentally gotten infected with a rare hemorrhagic fever while working in a Yale University lab.

He failed to notify anyone about the exposure for more than a week, a delay that put more than 100 other people at risk. Gonzalez was ordered to take a remedial safety course, but according to Garry, such carelessness was a red flag, and he didn’t think Gonzalez was the right man to teach Sierra Leoneans about Ebola.

“Do you really want the person who infected himself with hemorrhagic fever going around explaining to people how to be safe?” Garry asked in an email to a Metabiota media representative. Wolfe defended his company, saying there was no evidence they’d done anything wrong. Some of the problems he blamed on misunderstandings, and others on commercial rivalry.

Lab accident ‘most likely,’ yet least probed cause of COVID

In a March 28, 2022, report, U.S. Right to Know (USRTK) revealed the contents of a 2020 State Department memo obtained by the group. USRTK writes:

“‘Origin of the outbreak: The Wuhan labs remained the most likely but least probed,’ reads the topline. The memo is written as a BLUF — ‘bottom line up front’ — a style of communication used in the military. The identity of the author or authors is unknown …

“‘BLUF: There is no direct, smoking gun evidence to prove that a leak from Wuhan labs caused the pandemic, but there is circumstantial evidence to suggest such is the case,’ the memo reads. Apparently drafted in spring 2020, the memo details circumstantial evidence for the ‘lab leak’ theory — the idea that COVID-19 originated at one of the labs in Wuhan, China, the pandemic’s epicenter.

“The memo raises concerns about the ‘massive amount’ of research on novel coronaviruses apparently conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the nearby Wuhan Center for Disease Control lab …The memo also flags biosafety lapses at both labs, calling the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s ‘management of deadly viruses and virus-carrying lab animals … appallingly poor and negligent.’

“The memo provides an extraordinary window into behind-the-scenes concerns about a lab accident among U.S. foreign policy leaders, even as this line of inquiry was deemed a conspiracy theory by international virologists, some of whom had undisclosed conflicts of interest.

“The memo also calls into question these virologists’ impartiality. Shi Zhengli, a Wuhan Institute of Virology coronavirus researcher nicknamed the ‘Bat Woman,’ has forged wide-reaching international collaborations, including with prestigious Western virologists, the memo notes.

“‘Suspicion lingers that Shi holds an important and powerful position in the field in China and has extensive cooperation with many [international] virologists who might be doing her a favor,’ it reads …

“The memo laments that ‘the most logical place to investigate the virus origin has been completely sealed off from inquiry by the [Chinese Communist Party]’ … The memo even suggests that other hypotheses may have served as a distraction from a probe of the city’s extensive research on novel coronaviruses. ‘All other theories are likely to be a decoy to prevent an inquiry [into] the WCDC and WIV,’ it states …

“The memo cites a 2015 paper coauthored by Shi titled ‘A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses shows potential for human emergence’ that described creating a ‘chimera,’ or engineered virus, with the spike protein of a coronavirus from a Chinese horseshoe bat.

“Editors at Nature Medicine added a note in March 2020 cautioning that the article was ‘being used as the basis for unverified theories that the novel coronavirus causing COVID-19 was engineered’ … But the memo shows that the State Department indeed considered the paper relevant to the pandemic’s origins.”

Why Bucha Massacre Was Staged – U.S. Military Analyst

The incident in Bucha caused a strong reaction from the international community. The consequences of the Russian military presence in the city are still being discussed in the world media. Anti-Russian sentiments among Ukrainians rose sharply again after Russian troops left the Kiev region. The Russian side denies the reliability of the information provided by Kiev. They refer to various objective circumstances that rule out the veracity of the crime. American military analyst Scott Ritter also considers the Bucha story to be a staged fake.

The analyst emphasizes that in order to get better understanding of the situation, one need to know that the number of civilian casualties in Ukraine is relatively small in comparison to other military actions previously conducted in the world. As an expert on the U.S. operation in Iraq, he compares the official number of civilian deaths in Iraq and in Ukraine (according to data provided by Kiev). In his comparison, the rate of casualties among civilians during the Russian operation is 7 times lower than in any modern warfare conducted by the US (comparing to the Iraq campaign, where the count was 1 combatant for 1 non-combatant).

According to his comments, the Russian army had good relations with the local population. The Russian military entered into mutually beneficial relations with civilians. They exchanged dry rations for dairy products. After the withdrawal of the Russian military, civilians spotted with Russian dry rations were identified as “collaborators” and were executed without trial. Their bodies were used for the staged “Massacre in Bucha”.

Scott Ritter also points out several important issues. Firstly, most of those killed were wearing white ribbons. The Russian military could not mistake the civilians for Ukrainian saboteurs.

Secondly, Russian dry rations were lying next to many of the dead, which confirms the probable execution of the “collaborators” by the Ukrainians.

Thirdly, those bodies that did not have white ribbons on their forearms had their hands tied with these ribbons. Finally, the corpses that have spent 11 days lying outside on the streets under the temperature above zero would never look that well.

The expert also quotes the material of a Mexican journalist who filmed his report right after Kiev allowed journalists to come to Bucha. His video evidently shows recently killed people.

The US Cries About War Crimes While Imprisoning A Journalist For Exposing Its War Crimes

In what his lawyers have described as a “brief but significant moment in the case,” a British magistrates' court has signed off on Julian Assange's extradition to the United States, bringing the WikiLeaks founder one step closer to a US trial under the Espionage Act which threatens press freedoms worldwide.

The extradition case now goes to UK Home Secretary Priti Patel for approval, which will likely be forthcoming as Patel is a reliably loyal empire manager. After that point, Assange's legal team will be able to launch an appeal.

This is happening at the same time the United States and the United Kingdom are loudly demanding accountability for alleged war crimes by the Russian military in Ukraine, which is interesting because attempting to bring accountability for war crimes is precisely why Julian Assange is in prison.

“He is a war criminal,” President Biden said of Vladimir Putin following allegations of war crimes in Bucha, Ukraine earlier this month. “I think it is a war crime. … He should be held accountable.”

“Pandemic Treaty” Will Hand WHO Keys to Global Government

The first public hearings on the proposed “Pandemic Treaty” are closed, with the next round due to start in mid-June.

We’ve been trying to keep this issue on our front page, entirely because the mainstream is so keen to ignore it and keep churning out partisan war porn and propaganda.

When we – and others – linked to the public submissions page, there was such a response that the WHO’s website actually briefly crashed, or they pretended it crashed so people would stop sending them letters.

Either way, it’s a win. Hopefully one we can replicate in the summer.

Until then, the signs are that what scant press coverage there is, mostly across the metaphorical back-pages of the internet, will be focused on making the treaty “strong enough” and ensuring national governments can be “held accountable”.

An article in the UK’s Telegraph from April 12th headlines:

Real risk a pandemic treaty could be ‘too watered down’ to stop new outbreaks.

It focuses on a report from the Panel for a Global Public Health Convention (GPHC), and quotes one of the report’s authors Dame Barbara Stocking:

Our biggest fear […] is it’s too easy to think that accountability doesn’t matter. To have a treaty that does not have compliance in it, well frankly then there’s no point in having a treaty,”

The GPHC report goes on to say that the current International Health Regulations are “too weak”, and calls for the creation of a new “independent” international body to “assess government preparedness” and “publicly rebuke or praise countries, depending on their compliance with a set of agreed requirements”.

Another article, published by the London School of Economics and co-written by members of the German Alliance on Climate Change and Health (KLUG), also pushes the idea of “accountability” and “compliance” pretty hard:

For this treaty to have teeth, the organisation that governs it needs to have the power – either political or legal – to enforce compliance.

In policy shift, Israel to send flak jackets and helmets to Ukraine

After speaking to his counterpart Oleksii Reznikov, Defense Minister Gantz says protective equipment will be provided to civilian rescue and medical forces, though not military

After long refusing to provide defensive equipment to Ukraine, Defense Minister Benny Gantz said Wednesday that Israel will supply helmets and flak jackets to the beleaguered nation’s emergency services amid Russia’s invasion.

Gantz spoke to his Ukrainian counterpart, Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov, following several requests for such equipment, and updated him on Israel’s decision, his office said in a statement.

Gantz “approved the purchase of protective equipment… which will be transferred to the Ukrainian rescue forces and civilian organizations,” the statement read.

His office added that the helmets and flak jackets Israel intends to send to Ukraine are “in the process of being procured.”

Jerusalem first weighed Ukrainian requests for some defensive equipment in March. More recently, devastating images coming out of the Kyiv suburb of Bucha galvanized many countries against the Russian effort and led to a marked change of tone for Israeli politicians.

Key French-Jewish institutions endorse Macron, fueling debate on role in politics

CRIF and Consistoire have become increasingly partisan over past decade; CRIF warns that individual freedoms, social diversity, tradition and France’s stability at stake on Sunday

As during her previous two presidential runs in France, the country’s main Jewish groups have gone partisan and called on Jews to vote against the far-right candidate Marine Le Pen.

But this time the call has triggered a community-wide debate about the role of French Jewish institutions that has highlighted the growing polarization of French Jewry.

The Representative Council of Jewish Institutions of France, or CRIF, a group that lobbies the French government on Jewish issues, and the Consistoire, which provides religious services and employs the country’s chief rabbi, have become increasingly partisan over the past decade, amid a rise in the popularity of the far-right, which they and many other French Jews consider dangerous.

Last week both groups urged French Jews to vote for centrist incumbent Emmanuel Macron in the second round of the presidential election on Sunday.

“Our individual freedoms, our social diversity, our tradition and the stability of our country are at stake,” CRIF said in its statement. “CRIF is calling for causing an electoral defeat to Marine Le Pen and to vote massively for Emmanuel Macron.”

The Consitoire also in turn endorsed Macron, Elie Korchia, the president of the Consistoire, confirmed to Le Monde.

It’s because “for the first time, there is a real chance that a far-right candidate might win the election,” Korchia told Le Monde.

But he also acknowledged in the same interview that French Jews are as divided politically as the rest of the country.

“Generally speaking, Jewish citizens espouse the political positions of all the other citizens,” he said.

Other Jewish institutions and figures criticized the endorsement as an overly partisan move by two groups that strive to represent all French Jews.

Russia handed over draft agreement to Ukraine on April 15, still no response — diplomat

"Many things, stated both in public space and at the negotiations table, have been immediately debunked by Kiev, sometimes within an hour or even 15 minutes," Maria Zakharova noted

Moscow handed over draft settlement agreement to Ukraine on April 15, but still has not received any reaction, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said during a briefing Wednesday.

"It was said today that a new set of proposals were handed over to the representatives of the Kiev regime, involved in the negotiations process. I would like simply to reveal the date when these positions were handed over by the Russian side. It was Friday. Today is Wednesday. There has been no response up to this day," she said. "This should give you an idea of how the Kiev regime’s negotiations team behaves. How the view the negotiations process in principle, and whether it is possible to believe them or not when they speak about their desire to hold negotiations," she said.

"There is no trust in their words. Many things, stated both in public space and at the negotiations table, have been immediately debunked by Kiev, sometimes within an hour or even 15 minutes; Kiev simply crossed out the job that had been done. Once again - everything only in written form and on paper," Zakharova underscored.

Judicial Watch Sues State Department for Hunter Biden Documents

Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. State Department for messages sent through the SMART (State Messaging and Archive Retrieval Toolkit) system that mention Hunter Biden (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:22-cv-01066)).

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit after State failed to reply to a February 11, 2022, FOIA request for:

All cables/teletypes and email messages sent via the SMART system that reference Hunter Biden, excluding any records that consist solely of media articles or compilations.

In an email dated February 16, 2022, The State Department on February 16, 2022, acknowledged receipt of the request and asserted that the agency was invoking FOIA’s ten-day extension of time provision due to “unusual circumstances.” As of April 15, State failed to comply with Judicial Watch’s FOIA request.

Hunter Biden continues to be the subject of a federal criminal investigation in Delaware.

“The State Department is unlawfully ignoring FOIA law to protect Hunter and Joe Biden,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “We have no doubt, given our prior finds, that the State Department has many secrets about Biden corruption.”

In December 2020, Judicial Watch uncovered Obama-era State Department records showing that the Ukraine prosecutor general was pitched “high-level” access to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign by a firm linked to Burisma.

Judicial Watch also uncovered records showing that former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie “Masha” Yovanovitch had specifically warned in 2017 about corruption allegations against Burisma Holdings. During her November 2019 testimony in the impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump, Yovanovitch told lawmakers that she knew little about Burisma.

In an October production from the State Department, Judicial Watch received records which included a briefing checklist of a February 2019 meeting in Kyiv between Yovanovitch and Sally Painter, Burisma’s lobbyist at Blue Star Strategies, and a Burisma executive. The briefing checklist noted that Painter also planned to meet with Foreign Commercial Service (FCS) Officer Martin Claessens “regarding the Burisma Group energy company.”

At the time of the meeting, Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, was serving on the board of directors for Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy firm, despite having no previous experience in the energy industry. Biden served on the board of Burisma until his term expired in April 2019.

In September 2020, Judicial Watch made public records that show George Kent, the Obama administration’s deputy assistant secretary of state in charge of Ukraine policy, which was copied to Yovanovitch, highlighting Russia-linked media “trolling” Joe Biden over “his son’s business.” An email was sent four days prior to the inauguration of President Donald Trump to a redacted recipient and CCd to Yovanovitch with the subject line “medvedchuk-linked vesti trolls Biden.” Kent writes: “Burisma – gift that keeps on giving. (With medvedchuk affiliated Vesti pushing the troll like storyline on visit day)”

43,000 Deaths, 4 MILLION Injuries Following COVID-19 Vaccines in European Database of Adverse Reactions

The European (EEA and non-EEA countries) database of suspected drug reaction reports is EudraVigilance, verified by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), and they are now reporting 43,005 fatalities, and 3,984,978 injuries following injections of five experimental COVID-19 shots (the first adverse reactions to the Novavax COVID-19 vaccine were recorded in the past 2 weeks):

COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE MODERNA (CX-024414)

COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE PFIZER-BIONTECH

COVID-19 VACCINE ASTRAZENECA (CHADOX1 NCOV-19)

COVID-19 VACCINE JANSSEN (AD26.COV2.S)

COVID-19 VACCINE NOVAVAX (NVX-COV2373)

From the total of injuries recorded, almost half of them (1,879,995 ) are serious injuries.

“Seriousness provides information on the suspected undesirable effect; it can be classified as ‘serious’ if it corresponds to a medical occurrence that results in death, is life-threatening, requires inpatient hospitalisation, results in another medically important condition, or prolongation of existing hospitalisation, results in persistent or significant disability or incapacity, or is a congenital anomaly/birth defect.”

A Health Impact News subscriber in Europe ran the reports for each of the four COVID-19 shots we are including here. It is a lot of work to tabulate each reaction with injuries and fatalities, since there is no place on the EudraVigilance system we have found that tabulates all the results.

Since we have started publishing this, others from Europe have also calculated the numbers and confirmed the totals.*

New Documents Suggest Democrats Sicced The CIA On Their Domestic Enemy, The President

Newly released CIA memoranda suggest the tech gurus behind the Alfa Bank hoax also tracked Donald Trump’s movements to devise another collusion conspiracy theory. While smaller in scale than other aspects of Spygate, the Yotaphone hoax represents an equally serious scandal because it involved both the mining of proprietary information and sensitive data from the Executive Office of the President (EOP) and the apparent surveillance of Trump’s physical movements.

When Special Counsel John Durham charged former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann in September 2021, the indictment focused on the Alfa Bank hoax that Sussmann, tech executive Rodney Joffe, and other cybersecurity experts had crafted. The indictment detailed how Joffe and other tech experts had allegedly mined data and developed “white papers” that deceptively created the impression that Trump had maintained a secret communication network with the Russia-based Alfa Bank.

Then, allegedly on behalf of the Clinton campaign and Joffe, Sussmann provided the Alfa Bank material to the media and to the FBI’s general counsel at the time, James Baker, with Sussmann falsely telling Baker he was sharing the “intel” on his own and not on behalf of any client. That alleged lie formed the basis for the one count, Section 1001 false statement charge against Sussmann.

There’s Another Alleged Lie

The 27-page indictment, however, also spoke of Sussmann sharing “updated allegations” on February 9, 2017, to another U.S. government agency, namely the CIA, while allegedly repeating the same false claim that he was not sharing the “intel” on behalf of any client. From the framing of the indictment, it appeared that what Sussmann had shared with the CIA concerned the same Alfa-Bank data provided to the FBI several months earlier, albeit updated.

But then two months ago, as part of the government’s “Motion to Inquire Into Potential Conflicts of Interest,” Durham’s team revealed for the first time that when Sussmann met with the CIA in early 2017, he provided agents with internet data beyond the Alfa Bank conspiracy theory. This data, Sussmann claimed, “demonstrated that Trump and/or his associates were using supposedly rare, Russian-made wireless phones in the vicinity of the White House and other locations.”

The “supposedly rare, Russian-made wireless phones” were “Yotaphones.” Following Durham’s filing of the conflicts of interest motion, it appeared Sussmann bore responsibility for peddling a second conspiracy theory to the CIA. But the details contained in the government’s motion proved insufficient to understand the Yotaphone angle to Spygate. That all changed on Friday, when the special counsel filed two CIA memoranda memorializing what Sussmann said about the Yotaphones and the data Joffe and his tech experts had compiled.

“A historic sham”: Zelensky’s speech to Greece’s parliament sparks national outrage, opens WWII-era wounds

By inviting an Azov fighter to address Greece’s parliament, Zelensky opened the country’s historic wounds and triggered angry demonstrations that have shaken its pro-US government.

“Solidarity with the Ukrainian people is a given. But the Nazis cannot have a say in parliament.” These are the words of Alexis Tsipras, the former PM and leader of Greece’s left-liberal Syriza Party.

Tsipras was reacting to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s attempt to legitimize the Azov Battalion, an umbrella of far-right and fascist fighters trained by the US to battle Russians in Ukraine, as he toured foreign capitals to appeal for direct and indirect military support.

Zelensky stirred controversy with his April visit to Greek parliament in an effort to win support for his country’s anti-Russian war effort. Mariupol, home to a significant number of ethnic Greeks who have faced persecution from the neo-Nazi Azov Brigade, was a particular area of concern in Athens.

During his visit to parliament, Zelensky played a video featuring an Azov fighter who claimed that his relatives had fought the German Nazis in the Second World War. This was seen as a cynical attempt to whitewash the fascist organization. It was particularly painful for Greeks still haunted by the ghosts of World War II, when the country boasted a strong left that resisted the Third Reich.

Once the Nazis had been defeated and the British empire weakened, the US moved in to Greece with full-force to transform it into an anti-Soviet hub, terrorizing the Greek left and absorbing the nation into NATO. Since then, the Pentagon has viewed Greece and its neighbor Turkey as a strategic bulwark. Both countries act as logistical bridges between the pro-US Europe and the oil-rich Middle East.

NATO’s ongoing proxy war against Russia has brought these strategic interests into stark relief, triggering union strikes against the offloading of weapons headed for Ukraine and stirring a wave of public anger against Zelensky and his Greek hosts for their provocative publicity stunt in parliament.

The outrage has emanated directly from painful memories of Nazi occupation and the CIA’s sustained assaults on Greece’s post-war democracy.
