I only considered leaving the country if the HAG won in 2016. I talked to a lot of clients that emigrated here, and they said, no other country is as good as the US. The all have problems much worse than here.
One guy from Turkey had his mom come to visit. She told him at the end, these are very good people here ! (erdogan convinced the Turkish the US was evil).
So that was a defining statement for me. I will not run, I will not hide, I will stand up for my country and the people.
