Is she right, anons? Is it really a case of gov't retaliation? Did Disney get punished for speaking freely? I just don't know.

The right is big mad because I’m defending the constitutionally protected right of everyone to speak without government retaliation.

Things I didn’t have on my 2022 bingo card. 🤣

>Disney can sue and the courts can decide.

Anon agrees with this. Not a law fag, but:

>Do (You) think Disney should have sovreign authority over United States Territory?

This is a valid point, too. How come i don't have sovereignty over the land I own? What made Walt such a special person to be able to get intel agencies to help him make this happen?

Of course, knowing what anons know, perhaps Jenna's role in this is to push things in this direction; drawing attention to it. I'm game, I'm just half scratching my head on her playing devil's advocate, and half thinking "no publicity is bad publicity". Then I think about how the state of NY rails against the Trump organization, and how she might be drawing some comparison there, too. Nobody seems to be bringing that up.

I'm not talking about that right now. We all watched that "documentary of the year", and have done digs on Disney. I'm trying to figure out the angles in how this will lead to exposure for the public to have their "Oh shit!" moment down the road. Make sense?
