First they make them feel inadequate. Then they teach them that they are oppressed by whites, the patriarchy, etc. Then they con them into believing that they can surgically transform them into The Oppressor. Wanting to become the oppressor is another kind of twisted.
Then their victims live diminished lives, probably suicide.
