It's a possibility, I don't know for sure though, so i won't speculate on that. We were all "given" a reason to reboot our routers few days ago by the FBI. For all I know (here comes the speculation), with the flood of info that will be released, being sure to have a clear avenue of communication (5:5) uninterrupted is of high import. All around orders to update everything possible wouldn't be out of order in a plan such as this. Especially knowing that there will be those trying to stop the flood of info from reaching as many a as possible once the dam is broken.
Why not? A secretive release of info would defeat the purpose, when the point ts to openly release info. The plan is to increasingly go more & more public, which was part of the plan to begin with.
